You sound like one of those people who say "calories in, calories out". Hint - that's wrong too. The quality of the calorie and the macronutrient division of your diet as a whole is way more important than simply calories. Sorry but your "protein is protein is protein" theory is very wrong.

Every season but the last is well worth the watch. The last season you can tell they ran out of material and it SUCKED. So disappointing.

+1 HIMYM is my all time favorite show. Then the last season they fucked it all up. I own every season except the last one because I'm bitter.

Overnight oatmeals and oats recipes, and also I've been making a big batch of pancakes with protein powder and mashed bananas mixed in and kept them on hand to heat up in the mornings!
