Sorry that I'm so late to this, but I'm glad to see a more positive update today! I'll still send up lots of prayers for you, Scott, & Miles as well as staying put thoughts. I hope you get more good news tomorrow!
I hope for continued small victories for you and your boys and your family! The small wins, such as the boys being higher and no bleeding, will hopefully add up to a huge win! Well, 2 huge wins!
Thank you all so much for all of this. You local moms with your offers are blowing me away with kindness and selflessness.
Today seems to be going well. I woke up to NO BLEEDING at all, and have continued to only spot when I use the bathroom now. I am so hopeful that this is a good sign. The boys also moved up quite a bit. On Sunday they were breach, but both very very low, which my MFM did not like. This morning, they are sitting up near my belly button, where they should be at 17 weeks. I'm hoping they are considering staying around for a while.
The progesterone is giving me a massive headache, and I kind of want to shit my pants, but I will take headaches and the runs all day if I get to keep me baby boys.
I see my regular OB tomorrow at 9. I'm very excited to get out of the house. I already have my outfit picked out...I don't even care how silly that sounds.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the support.
Oh my goodness I'm so sorry! My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time in hopes that your sweet babes will stay and all will be ok until at least 24 weeks!
Still keeping my fingers crossed for you and your little ones! All my best to you and your family! I hope everything went well yesterday with you guys. Sending lots of hugs your way.
Thank you all for checking in! I saw my OB yesterday and my MFM today. Things are looking a lot better! I haven't been bleeding since Monday, I'm just spotting a tiny bit when I pee.
My MFM thinks that the huge clot I passed on Sunday, might have been causing most of the bleeding, in addition to the placenta abruption. Guys, the clot was huge. I'm sorry if you have a light stomach, don't read the next line. The clot was the size of a grapefruit, I felt my vagina open up, and it slowly came out. I think I might need therapy to get over it. Not kidding.
Anyway- the boys still look good, they are happy, and growing, and that's all I can ask of them.
My cervix is now measuring 3.6, and I'm not having contractions anymore, which is A-fucking-mazing. We are going to skip the cerclage, since it seems like my cervix is behaving, and I guess there are some risks at this point in the pregnancy.
I'm still on bedrest until I go back in two weeks for another ultrasound and cervix check.
Thank you all so much for all the support. I really thought I was losing these babies on Sunday. My MFM is amazing, and I feel like she saved my babies. I had been to so many ultrasounds, with my OB, and kept being told everything was fine. If she had not found the placenta abruption, and thrown me on bedrest, I'm not sure I'd still be pregnant.
You guys rock my socks off. Thank you all for checking in, and sending us all the love and support. I really am blown away by the support.

Oh my goodness - I'm not squeamish, but if I had a clot that big I think I'd have fainted. I'm so glad to hear you're doing well and that the boys are too! I'll keep sending the good thoughts!
