UPDATE!!!Need T&P please! Potential loss mentioned

I am currently almost 23 weeks and was sent to L&D following after my doctor appointment this morning. Looks like my water has broken and I am dilated to 5 cm! I'm praying that something can be done to keep baby cooking longer. Just waiting now for my DR and the on call high risk Ob to come see us!
Update!!!
They have given me steroid shots and have me on strict bed rest hooked up to medication to keep this baby inside me! Only problem is the risk of infection due to a tear in my sac of fluid. I was due to have a repeat c section at 38 weeks and already had it scheduled, so a vaginal delivery isn't a possible thing for my body which scares me because I'm 5 cm dilated!! ( never have I made that much progress with my others) I'm having a difficult time not blaming myself because I've been working non stop hours and my BP And blood sugars have been rocky for a few weeks now. (History of gestational diabetes) anyways...I guess for now we will lay here and wait. It was a scary realization when the NICU team came to speak to us and let us know the very very significant road we will have ahead of us if the baby is born soon. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers it's keeping us strong at this very difficult and scary time. I'll keep updates as they come!

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
