  If they suspect ICP they will most likely be looking for elevated bile acids in your blood. If those are found, they have several options to lower them, including medication. This is all the "typical" and I cannot speak to your case specifically. If you are concerned that you have ICP, you should speak to your OB and he/she can give you much more detailed information.
