I am pretty sure I am out this cycle. But, the last couple of times we had one of these...we got some BFPs out of them. Not trying to jinx it, but lets see if we can get some great results again.

If you are in the TWW, where are you in the TWW window? When will you test? How are you feeling?

QRTTWW (Question for the Two Week Wait) What do you do during the TWW window to keep yourself occupied and squash those obsessive thoughts and behaviors so they don't consume you to be a google crazy addict?

I am in the TWW and will test in 1-23. I just feel so anxious about this cycle. I'm trying to be positive but just don't feel that way.
And for the QRTTWW I try to work really hard and knock out my to do list, stay busy and keep my mind off everything as much as possible.

TWW here. Thanks for posting a thread! I like hearing how it's going for everyone else. I'm 10 dpiui today. I have a beta on Thursday. I have yet to pee on anything which is good for me. I have one HPT with me (on vacation). I may use it tomorrow. We'll see if I can hold out and wait for Thursday! QRTTWW -- usually I'm all kinds of crazy but this month, I worked 50 hours last week and now I'm on a little vacation so I've been less crazy about it.

I think I'm 14 DPO, however, my cycle ranges from 23-28 days (average 25) and I don't temp, so I am basing this on CM measures. So far I'm doing good. Still no sign of AF. I'm a bit crampy and I just got a headache this morning. I will buy a test tonight on my way home from work, and hopefully hold out until the morning (if AF still hasn't shown).

QRTTWW: I try to uninstall my bump app so I don't obsess. I did that, but then reinstalled yesterday when AF didn't show up. I've been Googling obsessively since then.

How is everyone doing this week? Did anyone have a fun weekend?

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who Googles obsessively during the 2WW!! I'm usually pretty good with the 2WW until about day 27-28 (I'm usually a 30-31 day cycle). Then I start obsessing over every symptom and Googling like a madwoman. (Glad to hear I'm not the only one who does that!!) It's SO frustrating that PMS symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are the same. Every time I buy an HPT, AF shows up right after I take it. So I now force myself to hold out until after day 31. So far I haven't needed to take one

The only thing that lifts my spirits is, if I'm not pregnant, I can still ride my horse!

AFM... in the never ending cylce so maybe I'm in with you guys, maybe not. FF says yes but it's clearly drunk as it has 3 different start dates for AF. I see the RE on Thursday!!!! so joining in *just in case* but more than likely in a longer than 2WW.

And here is how that keeps going....

I'm in 2WW, according to FF I'm 5dpo, but my temps were a bit haywire this month so not totally sure that's accurate. Either way, we probably didn't have good timing (I missed noting a couple on my chart, but all were more that five days before O date FF gave me, so, boo. It's helping me not be crazy to be pretty sure I'm out.
I don't google much about TTC but I do obsess over FF chart galleries sometimes.

To help deal with disappointment I think about things that are coming up that will be fun/easier if I'm not KU...it doesn't really work bc if rather be KU than any of them...but it helps soften a little!

I am estimating I am between 4-7 DPO. If I am 7, yeah I have a better chance. If I am 4 DPO, not so much. Working 80 hrs really killed our usually great timing.

QFTTWW: for some reason I put a R instead of an F. I suck at the TWW. I swear I have OCD and TTC is only confirming. Hence the question, like I thought it would help. LOL

@vh2014 many positive thoughts for you on your upcoming appointment! And hopefully, you are joining us!

I'm right towards the end of my 2ww. Trying not to test before the 15th, the day my period's due.

Partly because I'm pretty sure I'm out this month and I'd rather get my period than a negative test.

Also because that;t the 1 yr anniversary of me and DH getting married in our church, so that could be a cool anniversary gift if it's positive. But I'm also having a girls's night that night with a friend home from the UK so if I get a negative I can drink, a lot.

My cycle decided to go wonko on me this month. I think I am 7 dpo based on opk sticks. Got my first positive the day AF was supposed to show up.

I have I had a week straight of strong positive opk tests and I have no idea what that means. I haven't started temping yet and now I could really kick myself. I'll test in a week if AF hasn't showed up.

I google A LOT so I am no help there!

I'm not really one to obsess much, so I've just been hanging out at home, watching football, putting together puzzles & working!

Thanks for posting! I'm 4dp5dt so I'm trying not to think about it so much. I've been wicked tired the past two days, hoping that's a good sign. I have an IVF day by day list so it helps me to know what might be going on. I know that it will not begin produce HCG for a few more days, so it helps me not to obsess about POAS just yet!

My boss came to me to ask if I was going to test soon (I've had to let her in on my IVF secret a while back). I said oh probably not for a while. So she tells me, just don't get you hopes up so high this time. WTF? Yeah, thanks. I wanted to say do you have a compassionate bone in your body?

Being very tired sounds promising! I just noticed a weird metallic taste in my mouth tonight and got excited by that. It's very lowering to admit.

I'm 6dpIUI. I know it's early but I think I might try and test on Saturday...I'm feeling good about this cycle.... Or maybe just more hopeful than usual trying to keep with the positive thinking idea!

The only thing keeping me from going nuts this time is I started a new job on Monday, so I've been crazy busy. However my boss is also TTC and since we worked together on the same tv show last season she knows what I've been doing so she asks everyday how it's going. It makes it easier tha I don't have to hide all the dr. appointments and such.

@CML11 Some people just don't know how to talk to people.

I should be O'ing today, though I'm not very hopeful this cycle. We only bd'ed once on CD14

We have appointment with RE on Jan 23 (we got in fast!) And AF is due 24th.
What to do during 2WW? Haven't figured that out yet!!

FF gave me dashed crosshairs this morning so I'm going with it

That puts me at 3dpo today.

I have to go to NY for work next week and that more than likely will involve some drinking since our entire office is going out there and we have a reputation to uphold so I think I'm going to have to test early just in case (8dpo). Not expecting much though ha. My boobs are weirdly achy and for the first time ever hamburger smelled funny to me last night but I know it's all in my head since it's way too early for symptoms.

QRTTWW - I've given up trying to squash my crazy hahahaha.

I am also TWWing--10 dpiui. I test on Saturday but might wait till that night or Sunday since I have a family event on Saturday and don't really want to be Debbie Downer if it is negative.

Usually I end up testing a couple days early, but I had an HCG trigger with my IUI and the nurse strongly advised not to test early.

QOTW: Luckily this time around, I am pretty busy at work so it is distracting me. Normally, I spend my days googling "X DPO symptoms" and driving myself crazy.

@mushE I do wardrobe for TV, not so much movies in the past few years. I've been on set for the past 15 years but the hours are tough, 14-16 hr days and you can't take time off for anything. So this season I decided to take a supervisor position, 12ish hour days

which is awesome but I'm sitting at my computer most of the day doing paperwork. A desk job is what I've been trying to avoid my entire life, but it makes sense since were TTC.

Even though I am positive I am out, still doesn't mean my mind isn't obsessing and I am going to want to start peeing on things here soon like a mad woman. There needs to be a POAS(A). No, no that wouldn't work. Not possible while you are TTC.

So I broke out my Wondfo's to get prepared....I just got my first batch last month. Well guess what!?!?! They are not Wondfo's, but from a company from China with Wondfo in the name. I am thinking counterfeit. I contacted Amazon and got a full refund and reordered from another company with rush shipping so I can have them by Friday when my need to peeing on things will start increasing. FX they are real.

@sonpetitlapin‌ - There was a thread on TTGP listing the reputable companies. I had the same thing happen. I know one real company is "Easy@Home" because I've ordered from them before. Good luck. (My counterfeits were from Sooper Dooper or something like that.

Teenie, how did you get into doing wardrobe? It sounds like such a fascinating job to me - costume design is great for telling you a lot about the characters and how they live. I watched "The Lives of Others" last night and was really impressed - the characters are social elites in East Germany in the 80s. Their clothes were all elegant, but also slightly shabby and ill-fitting because they wouldn't have had access to better stuff.

As for me, I'm 7 DPO. I'll test on Saturday morning, even though it's early for me, to see if I can drink at a going away/post-elopement party we'll be attending that night. I feel nauseated and crampy, but that could just as easily be my endometriosis or migraines acting up.

@sonpetitlapin, how did you know they were wrong? I just got a batch from amazon and the packaging for each test was different but I just figured they changed the packaging.......and now i'm worried that I got a bad batch too

Wow, that's really cool! I'm sorry you're not doing your dream job right now, but glad you're able to transition to one that's better for your life right now.

i just looked it up. Apparently wondfo is actually a chinese owned company....

@mushE‌ I'm sorry I didn't mean to sound like a complaint. I'm very fortunate to have the gig I do. The ladies I work for have been very supportive and understanding about dr appointments and learning the ins and outs of my new position. And it's less then half a season so we'll be done before June, so if I can't stand it it'll be over soon. HAHA. Thanks for the encouragement.

@Austrogermokee‌ I got into costuming back in college when I was studying to do something else with my life. I didn't know it was called costuming I just knew that someone had to put clothes together for the movies. So I moved to CA to get into the movie biz. Haha! Thank you so much for understanding what we do. I'll have to check out that movie. The big elaborate films always get the recognition and films with the small details like that tend to be overlooked. :-\

I'm not totally sure where I am, as I never got crosshairs on FF. But according to OPKs and CM, I should be 8dpo. Trying to stay positive but this is our last cycle on our own so I'd realllllly love for it to work!

sonpetitlapin - that is very annoying! I know that Amazon sends you the new ones asap. FWIW i've had evap lines with Wondfro so am not as big a fan as everyone else.
