I've been a little MIA, it's been a crazy 2 weeks over here. I was admitted to hospital last Tues for preeclampsia and was warned they may need to deliver the babies that night. They were thankfully able to get me stabilized and we got the steroid shots in to help with their lung development. Much to the surprise of most of the doctors and nurses, we hung on a full week, taking it one day at a time. There was decreased blood flow in the cord going to baby girl so we reached a point where they knew it was better for her to come out. The babies were delivered via c section on Jan 5, at 33+4. Liam Francis was born at 8:47pm weighing 3lbs,14oz followed closely by his sister, Emily Elizabeth at 8:48, weighing 3lbs7oz. Both babies are in NICU but doing very well. Their breathing has been good since birth. They're doing phototherapy right now for a little jaundice but overall they're such little fighters, they're amazing!
My pree actually got worse after delivery and I was a mess for a few days. Blood work and BP were all over the place, issues with potassium and my kidneys. But alas, I'm finally on the mend. I was discharged yesterday which was bittersweet. Glad to be out if hospital but so very hard to leave my little ones there. I am balancing recovery with wanting to be there all the time! I have never been so in love - with them and with my husband who has been beyond incredible through all of this

Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

6/19- u/s showed heartbeats! Baby A 111 & Baby B 118, both measuring 6w1d
7/3- Baby A hb 170, Baby B hb 166 - both measuring perfect.
7/18 - Baby A 165, Baby B 171 - both measuring right on track & moving all around!
