  For those asking, I think because a c-section delivery might be a bit easier on such a premature baby. It seems like most 25/26 weekers that come early are by section, and they don't tolerate being handled well outside the womb for several weeks. 

  Due with #5 April 22, 2015. It's a girl!!!!!
