Mine is coffee. I have dropped to considerably less coffee. I now only drink 1 cup every couple of days when I'm really dragging. I used to drink 3-4 cups every day. I have also cut out all other caffeine except 1 glass of tea with supper. Oh, and I ate raw oysters...yeah, that's probably a pretty bad one, but I swear I won't do it again (or atleast try not to)...
So, what's your bad habit? Have you kicked it cold turkey since getting your BFP? Are ya gonna kick it at all? **No judgement from me!**

Jk. Coffee... I've cut back considerably and try to keep it under 200mg but I still feel guilty.
wait, why aren't we supposed to eat feta?
I'm still drinking coffee in the AM.
I'm not taking a prenatal vitamin.
and I'm probably eating too many artificial sweeteners in the form of SF jello pudding and Fanta zero.
I'm not terribly concerned about any of the above.

I love the Natural Bliss - sweet cream flavor. I know there is nothing "natural" about it. But it warms my soul.
I thought a confusion about soft cheese and pasteurization rules in the US might be the issue, but considered there may be a feta specific issue since no one ever brings up brie or cojita or blue cheese or any other soft cheese really.
now I want a cheese plate with a selection of cheeses and jams and cured meats.

a) in the US, grains are fortified with folic acid. so bread, pasta, breakfast cereals, all provide folic acid.
b) it's a lot easier to eat enough folate rich foods when you aren't being made nauseous by a prenatal vitamin
c) the neural tube closes around 6 weeks along with your window to prevent NTD by supplementing with folic acid.
My bad habit that I can't shake is staying up late. I have GOT to sleep more and I just can't break my late night snuggle date with DH where we watch a couple shows after putting DD to bed. Really, my bedtime should be the same as the kiddo! But then I don't get grown-up time with the hubster.
*sigh*
