I'm not sure what what some of the abbreviations stand for, but I got a positive test on Christmas Day. Found out by going to hospital for not feeling well and not eating.
EDD is 24th of August.
Basics: I'm 20 years old, partner is 18 (so very young), first time mom to be. Finding the whole experience to be both scary and exciting. No funny conception stories though.
I am 39, Husband is 37 and we have been trying since 2013. We have no other children and we never anticipated being this old when we finally decided to start trying.

I got my BFP on 12/26 (My DH and I consider it our Boxing Day surprise!) and am 7 weeks and five days along. I am new to the Bump, 28 yo and married for 5 glorious years. This is our first LO and we could not be more excited! I have PCOS, one functioning ovary, and had been declared a candidate for IF treatments, so this pregnancy is a huge surprise. I am looking forward to getting to know my fellow bumpies better!

Also anxious about putting on weight I didn't realize I was preggers till 8 weeks when I started throwing up-I had lots of symptoms I should have noticed before, but just thought I was anxious and stressed at work and my body was responding to the stress. But nope! I'm pregnant!

When you got your BFP? I found out on December 9th. AF was 2 days late and I honestly have no idea when I ovulated.
What your EDD is? August 17th, based on my last period. Could be off by a few days, because of the ovulation date in question.

Found out a few weeks ago December 21st or so? I'm about 8 weeks, I think, which makes my due date around August 25th. My first appt is in 2 weeks, so I'm hoping to learn more then.

Just joining from the July club. My edd was changed from July 27th to August 7th because of baby's size, which puts me at 10 weeks. My husband and I tried for 2 years and are beyond thrilled!
