6 week old sleeping a lot?

My six week old lo all of sudden is sleeping the day away. Right when she was starting to be more aware/awake she is sleeping after every feeding. May have her up 30 mins tops. She does the same at night too on a 4 hr schedule, roughly 4 oz a feeding. No fever. Is this normal??

Same sleepy baby here at five weeks and one day. She didn't even want to wake to eat but that's common for her. I'm guessing it's a growth spurt. Tomorrow is my first evening back at my part time job so I hope she's sleepy instead of fussy for my husband. He's never been home alone with the baby for that long.

Yep mine is 7 weeks now and is still sleeping like she was at 6 weeks..she slept right through her 6wk growth spurt! That's a good thing from what I hear! Yay for sleepy babies!
