I had my second US today at 7wk3d. We saw the heartbeat at 125 bpm. I measured at 7wk1d, but the doc said everything looked great

nothing much to see on the picture, but I'll try and attach anyway. I go back again on 1/26 for my official intake appointment and another US!

We went today had blood drawn and a Pap smear/cervix check. Going back Friday for ultrasound. Hearing a heartbeat will put me at ease!!

U/S earlier this afternoon. Thought I was 7w1d but I am 7wk4d. Not to far off. Heartbeat fluttering away... Looking good

Thursday morning 7 weeks on the button. I am very nervous. I am pregnant again after a miscarriage. First US for this pregnancy.

She handed me this with the dildocam inside me. It was an out of body experience. This is really happening and so far so good. No bpm but she said the flutter was visible. I'm 7.5 weeks approximately - my ob didn't seem too concerned with specifics.

Had an exciting day today. Saw our little baby on the screen and heard the strongest heart beat too! Now I know that all the nausea and vomiting is worth it! My heart goes out to those that did not receive good news. Best wishes for the future.

Had an ultrasound at my first appt today and was amazing to see the strong pulsing heartbeat! And such an enormous relief! I'm 9w1d from LMP but the fetus was measured at 8w4d - hear it's very common to measure smaller early on and then "catch up." Not that I care - just so happy! At 37 I've been a little anxious about being on the older side of things, and feel so much better now about my prospects for a healthy pregnancy.

I'm going tomorrow! I'll be a little over 9 weeks. I'm not sure why, but I'm super nervous! This is my first so that could be why... DH who was previous to this nervous, is now been beyond excited! He has been counting down until tomorrow! (It's pretty cute)

Well, I had my appt today, no US and i didn't even get to hear a heart beat. I'm really upset about it. Im 9w2d.. midwife said the babies too small to hear a heart beat right now, so at your next appt you might get to...which is 4 weeks away. Ugh. I just wanted to hear a heartbeat today.

Boo! I have had two ultrasounds but that was weeks ago. I go back at 11 weeks. I am so anxious to hear the heartbeat. I hope he tries to hear it.

The first she said was you aren't hearing a heart beat today babies too small and no ultra sound yet. I'm like are you serious. How am i supposed to know how my baby is progressing...they don't seem to concerned so neither am i...it's just annoying. I'm jealous you've had multiple, hope you get to hear a heartbeat. I don't go back til 12w2d.

I'm 10w1d today and baby measured only 1 day behind. This is a vast improvement from measuring 9 days behind at my u/s when I was 7w2d so for all those mommas that are behind - it's possible to catch up! Baby waved at us too. OB thinks I'm out of the woods for risk of m/c (all my losses were pre-HB) so now I'll have to wait 4 weeks until my next appt and that will be Doppler only.

My appointment went great! Little one is measuring right on track, 6w2d, 113 fhr. We were so excited to see and hear it. Also, she didn't see anymore bleeding. But she agreed to continue on rest through tomorrow and go back to work on Thursday. I'll get to go back and see her weekly until I graduate to the OB.

She also gave us a lovely strip of photos

So I just got back from the run around and at 8weeks 6days the woman who did the sonogram said we see the gestational sac (which I too saw on the screen) but there was nothing in it. I asked her about it and she said she didn't know anything about what's normal... ummm, okay, thanks. Can someone let me know whats going on. Is this a blighted ovum?

Is it possible you ovulated late? We're you tracking ovulation by temping? When did you get your BFP?

So I had mine yesterday, My baby ended up being 6wks5days instead of 8wks like I thought. Something about late ovulation they say. 130bpm! Exciting!

No, unfortunately I do not think my ovulation date was wrong and if it was it would have been off by a day or so. I do use a phone app so I suppose maybe but conception was really only possible during a certain time frame. My BFP was DEC 3rd or 4th.

So it sounds like you should be at least 8 weeks or so and you should be able to see the baby at this point. I'm sorry you are going through this and I'm sorry the tech had no answers for you. Is the doctor suppose to call you and go over the results? If there was only a gestational sac and no yolk sac it does sound like it could be a blighted ovum. T&P for you!

It went okay, I'm just frustrated because they didn't let me hear a heartbeat or amything. Just did pap and asked health questions. She said maybe next time I'll get to hear it...my next appt is 4 weeks away.

Don't be jealous. It's because I had a loss last year. I got a repeat because I was spotting.

I would much rather be in your shoes. But yes, hearing a heartbeat will be such a comfort.

I'm sorry for your previous loss. And oh I understand, I was really hoping that I would get that comfort today. Now I don't know what to think, they don't seem too worried..but you can't worry about what you don't know I guess.

It would have been at 8dpo when I first tested, and according to the nurse that was probably too early, and I got my positive on the 21st, which would have been 11dpo. Nurse says heartbeat is nice and strong, so the week isn't that big a deal. I go back for another u/s on the 26th to make sure baby is still growing well. I won't go into the freak out that the newbie u/s tech caused though, since I'm ok now.

If you want to spill about the newbie tech after all, I'm here to read it. That sounds really frightening!
