20 weeks and in pain

I've just reached 20 weeks today, and I am in pretty bad pain. My back and my stomach feel so crampy. I know that my body is doing a lot of growing this week, but I just feel like I shouldn't be hurting THAT bad. No blood, not enough to put me down.. mainly just annoying and worries me since I've previously lost a child. My appointment is tomorrow so hopefully all is good. damn these 20 week nerves :(

    Yeah I've had about 5 bottles today so far. gonna guzzle more though, thank you!

    I had this bad the past 2 days. I was curled up in a ball on my bed because of such bad cramps and back pain. Tylenol didn't ease it. My OB doesn't have a nurse call on the weekends so I stuck it out until today. It FINALLY went away today. I talked to my OB about it and she said that it was normal but if it happens again and Tylenol doesn't make it better then to go ahead and go into L&D or call. Also to look out for leaking amniotic fluid. Long story short, I was doubled over in pain and all was totally fine so probably nothing to worry about. Make our babies were having growth spurts ;)

    I hope so.. I hope they're in there stretching out :) my discharge has increased and idk how to tell amniotic fluid from discharge or urine so I'm screwed .. Lol

    I was in so much pain, i was hospitalized for 2 days. They had me on demerol and soma in the hospital and dicharged me on ibuprofen and cyclobenzaprine. OB says cramps are normal at this stage, and some of us get them worse than others. He says and I can likely look forward to a few more bouts of them. :-/

    Aw that's horrible :( sorry you're going through it too.. you know what they say. "It's worth it in the end." ;)

    I'm 20w5d and having the same pains. It was pretty bad yesterday. Luckily I have an appointment tmrw.
    I still haven't felt them move/kick or anything yet so that also makes me nervous-especially when so many people have around this time. I know everyone's different but still...

    Yeah my little one I could feel a little bit every now and then, but we're still so early I mean we shouldn't panic yet. I'm sure we're just fine. It's normal to be nervous about those things though. Don't sweat it. And I hope your appointment goes well! :)

    I'm 19 weeks and 4 days and I also started having pains today. It kinda knocked me on to my knees. I will go to my obs office tomorrow for sure.

    I'm feeling the exact same way!!! It started yesterday.....I have my 20week appt tomorrow. Hoping it's just normal growing pains

    Almost 23 weeks here and was in so much back pain last night I was crying. Did some stretches today and drank plenty of water. Still hurts a bit but not enough for tears.

    Sorry you're hurting so bad. I'm 20w and have had similar pains the last three days. Mine are really low and I know it is just some serious stretching going on but I was having trouble walking when it was at its worst! DH was laughing at me limping around the pharmacy lol. I definitely feel (and look) like I popped two days ago so I am certain it's all RLP.
    Hope it's all just growing pains and nothing serious for the rest of you too!
