Anybody know any really good remedies for reducing stretch marks and making them less noticable?? Didn't have any until I looked today and found them only on my left side of my lower stomach I'm 36 weeks 2 days . Super bummed
I used Bio-oil. I didn't get as many stretch marks with it like I did with my first pregnancy. Cocoa butter helps too, but I've heard that's more to prevent, not to take away.
Emu oil! y'all all know by now:)) no actually that's for after you deliver!! but pretty much organic coconut oil from the baking section works great Mustela from babies r us(50$) not cheap but seems to work and bio oil used every few days or in combo with other 2. I use the coconut oil 3 times a day. It comes in a paste so put it under hot water and it melts and feels great rubbing on belly:) also do not scratch no matter how much belly itches!!! Just rub. Don't use any body lotions or body washes that have fragrance in them. And I use a homemade scrub consisting of a lot of sugar a good amount of oil and coconut oil and a squeeze of lemon:) it's an all natural exfoliant and is awesome. I'm 38 1/2 wks no stretch marks yet. I hope this helps. Side note: many will say it is purely genetic and nothing can be done to avoid them but if u take these precautions I'm sure it will help to minimize them. And if u do get them there is always emu oil for after \m/
I've heard Mederma Cream which is to reduce scarring works. I used after my first child but wasn't real great about applying multiple times day. It's also a little pricey if I remember....but worth a shot. Also I've heard some essential oils can help with stretch marks.
I never really got any bad just like one or two with my first and honestly I haven't worn a bikini since before I had her lol maybe now after my third I'll get my bikini body back but I, not hopeful.
