I'm 15w3d with mo/di twins. I have placenta previa, and have been bleeding/spotting the whole pregnancy. I've had two major bleeds at 8w and 12w. Yesterday I had very heavy bleeding that lasted about an hour or two, and medium flow all day today. I just got home from dinner and went to the bathroom and I am passing large clots, like 2" clots.
I have an at home doppler and am picking up both babies, but I am terrified that something is wrong with the placenta.
Has anyone experienced this? I don't know what to think/feel right now.
And....Just heard from my OB and am being sent to L&D.
