I went to buy some maternity clothes the other day, and when I pulled a shirt on all of the decorative buttons at the top popped. So, no more medium shirts, I guess. (Also, I started doing the "fat guy in a little coat" bit for my mom, whom I was shopping with.)
I was a 34c, and I'm up to a 36d so far. DH says it looks like I got a boob job, I feel like you can see them from space. They're getting to where they don't hurt constantly now though, so maybe they're slowing down.
With my first pregnancy 21 years ago I did not grow at all until after she was born, I went from a 32c to 32d. Same thing happened with the 2 pregnancies after that. With the third pregnancy I nursed for an entire year and was left...deflated. I struggled to stay in a b cup for years but they never regained shape so I am extremely self conscious of them. With this pregnancy it is an entirely different story. They started growing immediately and have gone from a 34b to a 36d at 17 weeks and are still growing. Needless to say both boyfriend and I are enjoying every minute. As far as areolas go mine are huge. This pregnancy is definitely different from the others a lifetime ago.
Also I don't know if you ladies ever saw the infomercials for the Genie Bras but I found them at Burlington 3 for $20 and grabbed them since they aren't completely hideous. They are very comfy and give you room to expand inexpensively.
36DDD --> 36H by Thanksgiving (10 weeks). Haven't grown since then and I hope they won't. I'm on the tightest hooks but I spent a fortune on new bras so they better last.
Re: Let's talk about boobs... How big did yours get so far??
