Update on my TMI - hemorrhoids

So to recap, I had a cluster go external on Thursday last week and finish coming out by Sunday. I would call it a 6-7 at all times on pain scale, with small spikes of worse. Went to Urgent Care that evening, they prescribed a suppository, but no pain meds cause of pregnancy.
Saw my OBGYN Tuesday morning. She said that at least two had thrombosed since Sun and managed to find me an appointment for Wed to have them drained, prescribed me some lidocaine gel (doesn't help at this point).
Go to the self-proclaimed 'butt doctor' (who was both cute and had a sense of humour), and he said they were definitely the worst he'd seen in two months. He drained I think at least three because they were all so tender and painful, and all seemed well till I got in my car. Then the worst burning sensation occurred all around the area. Seveeeeeere burning. Tried a Sitz bath, no difference. Tried the lidocaine gel, no difference. Then it started bleeding a little more freely than I liked (they warned me of spotting. It was more than spotting) From the time I sat in the bath I could not calm myself down enough to stop crying.
So back to the surgeon I went, who double-checked and said everything was fine. Turns out I am just hyper-fucking-sensitive around the entire area. I literally could not stop leaking tears/moaning, and after some calls to his OB friends and to my OB, I was finally prescribed some Percocet and Ativan, because by then my blood pressure was skyrocketing (139/97) and I was shaking all over.
I have adjusted to the pain a little even when the meds are cleared out, though I think the Ativan is helping with that.
Ladies, I am very hopeful none of you will have to deal with this.
