    I guess I am going to try to get LO into the peds office tomorrow. We were supposed to go on Friday for his well check but his reflux has gotten so bad that I don't think I can wait. I posted this on the bitchfest but we went in two weeks ago and saw a different ped in the same office who told me that reflux was good for babies and put him on a probiotic for his gas. The last three days have been miserable with him screaming in pain almost constantly. Now he is doing this thing where it looks and sounds like he is choking. I can't do another two days of this and if they don't give me something for him, I don't know what I am going to do...

    LO took a couple hour nap from 4 ish to 6. Has been up since 6....will not sleep. How in the fuck can I go back to work like this? I need to sleep by 10 pm....I don't think it will ever happen ever again. :(

    Speaking of Canada, my sister bought A some books for Christmas that I just LOVE! You must all run out and buy them. One is "a CDN jingle bells" and the other "is a CDN 12 days of Christmas." Sooooo cute!

    Haha you're right, but sadly, no. There's Wilfred Laurier and John A. Macdonald...macdonald comes complete with action side table and action stack of books lol. If they wanted to be more accurate, he'd come with an action bottle of booze, and he was a well know drunk lol...

    @Curlyfries851‌ Shitbuckets! How am I just seeing this now!! I was sooo in my happy place today, because I got to have a conversation with someone about Senate reform - as their eyes started to glaze over, I realized how much I miss my classroom.

    I also have the Johnny Mac figure and always wondered why he didn't come with a flask.

    I totally think they should make a Trudeau figure next - it would pirouette!!

    I feel ya @minibean16‌...don't get me wrong, I love this special time with LO but I already miss the classroom...I am satiating my hunger for intellectual thought by sharing articles and studies in FB lol...speaking if which, you may find this one interesting- it's a sociological interpretation of the recent trend of men taking on a lumberjack appearance...perhaps more poignant here in canada? Lol

    Wow - 8:30 AM here and I'm already 9 pages behind on this thread! Just wanted to say Hi and Please wish me luck as I drive the baby in the snow by myself to the pediatrician's office this morning.  And we're getting shots.  And not the fun kind.
