  • Done, still have my day 30 tomorrow (the holiday threw me off). I'll be back tomorrow to GIF about it

  • I finished mine too!

I did LBD. It was harder than I expected, but I'm glad I did it. My goal next month is to redo it, but take less breaks in the middle of reps. And I want to start eating better again. I was a saint at good eating pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy. After the MPI diet I've gone a bit crazy. Although I wish I could say I know look like this:

I still look more like this:

But at least I don't look like this anymore:

    Also this intrigued me.

  • So this is about how successful my push up challenge was:

But the important thing is that I tried. And I finished. My push-ups werent pretty, and I did them on my knees 2-3 nights. And all in the last week. The holidays made this extra hard. As did the pain in my shoulder. And my baby not sleeping.

I kinda want to do the plank challenge again next, but it's a hard one to do alone.

Tell me about LBD girls. How difficult was it? How time consuming was it?

  • I keep getting torn between thinking it's perfect for me, or now is not the right time. And between thinking my fear of this challenge is exactly why I should do it, or there's no way I can do 55 burpees while single parenting.
