  We are going out to our Pastor's house tomorrow night for a little bit. But hubs has to work NY so we won't be out long. Probably come home and I will read into the NY.

  Nope.. we're boring. lol  School is of course closed tomorrow so I'll be home with the kiddos.  My hubby has to run to my dads to pick up the ridiculously adorable dress up station my dad made for my 2 yr old daughter.  That's our big plans. lol We might be crazy and order pizza.    We used to go out but it's hard to find last minute dinner plans for anywhere that's actually good. Usually, you have to RSVP pretty early.  Although, I have to say one of our best new year's dinners was when we planned nothing and just went walking downtown and ended up sitting at the bar at one of the best seafood places in town.  Ahh.. that was when we only had one child though.

  We have a similarly "wild" day: work in the morning, anatomy scan at 1pm, then, if all goes well, flu shots, shopping for maternity clothing and groceries, making dinner, and watching the US-Canada hockey world junior championships game. I'm a Canadian transplant so this last part could get heated!

  I'm staying at home. I have mild to moderate morning sickness now that I'm 8.5 weeks, but it beats having severe MS right off the bat like I did with all the other pregnancies. But still, I'm not interested in going out to eat. I remember with my first 2 pregnancies DH took us out to these fancy restaurants to celebrate, but I was always too sick to eat and just sat there. I'm going to alternate between sitting at home, taking the kids to the park, entertaining their cousin when she comes to visit, and I do plan on trying to get to the mall to get some clothes for DS. Hand me down girl clothes come to me from several people I know which is wonderfully convenient, but not for boys, I guess because they tear their stuff up.

  I work 10 hours on NYE and will be home about 7:30PM. I plan to put my pajamas on and lie on the couch until I fall asleep. i have no intent on staying away until midnight. We will make finger foods for the kids and let them watch movies. New Years day we plan to do some work around the house. Nothing exciting.

  DH's cousin is having us and another cousin over for a kid-friendly NYE. I'm really excited to have somewhere to go that's close and requires almost zero effort! They always have nice parties, too, so I'm sure it will be good. They are all set with food so I think we're just going to make some bars or something today to bring with us, and maybe take some beer or whatever (for those who can drink, not me!). Tomorrow I think we're just having a lazy morning and then trying to get the house back in shape and keep getting ready for baby.

  @NicoleWI‌ That sounds nice. I'm looking for party ideas for my own, what is it about your cousin's parties that you like?

  Um....nothing in particular, really. They just have a great set-up for parties with a really nice bar area, their house is always super clean (not sure how they manage that) and they always have great food and plenty of drinks. Just the basics, I guess!

  We are just going to my SIL's around 7. Boring!! Lol. Think there might be few of their friends. I'm ready for bed like now She just gets on my nerves and doesn't help that I'm going to be sober!!
  
  Tomorrow if I'm feeling ok I would love to get to the mall. Everyone enjoy their evening!!

  ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
  Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

  We are sitting on the couch!  We may walk to one of the local bars that has no cover charge/drink package, in hopes of being around some of the festivities without having to pay for a silly drink package when I cannot drink.  Although I may have a bit of champagne at midnight...  :-)
