I tried to do this and it was a disaster. Lucy keeps her hands curled up, so I couldnt really get a hand print. And you need to use a lot of pressure imprint the foot (or hand) so it was rough. Paint would be way easier.

I stayed home after my water broke for about 7 hours. My dr just said to stay hydrated and take my temp every hour. Although the entire time I was having horrible contractions and got 0 sleep. Let's hope you were able to get some.

In laws are coming tomorrow. Yeah. I would love a weekend to myself. MH and I haven't had two days together since before Thanksgiving. I would really like some time with just him and Chalupa. Oh well.

Okay, TMI Saturday... one of my stitches is half out so it pulls every time I wipe and OUCH! I tried cutting it shorter, bad idea.. too thick, more ouch. Anyways... hope you are all well and that is why there is no action here lately!

I feel so much love for this tiny human we have. I just wish my immune system wasn't so shot. I went through the whole pregnancy avoiding any kind of sickness and now I've got a nasty cold. Thank goodness for meds.

Sitting in L&D waiting for a non stress test and urine samples. 4cm dilated just had a drs appt and dr wants baby here by new years. Glad the hospital has cable the one thing I enjoy while here. Lol

Well I'm home all my tests were great. I had a sweep at this mornings appt and have been having some back pain since I was released so maybe I'll be back in tonight fingers crossed.

Congrats, @marsavary!

I've been mostly lurking and love titting since I hate typing much on my phone and I've mostly been on mobile the past week.

Our baby girl arrived at 8 am on 12/22 via scheduled RCS for breech position. The hospital policy currently doesn't allow for "family centered" sections. It was not fun to watch her while on the table and not be able to hold her immediately. I was just counting the minutes in recovery until I was able to put her skin to skin. But overall, my 2nd section has been a vast improvement over the first.

I took a peek a few days ago after my midwife told me my vagina didn't even look like I gave birth 3 weeks ago... Very sweet of her to say but she LIED!
I'd say take as long as you can stand it before looking or it may make you really fucking upset.
