Also, the poll only allows for 10 options, but if anyone wants to do a write-in, I'd selfishly suggest the following books because these are on my personal list...
Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People who Cook - Anthony Bourdain
The Joy Luck Club - Amy Tan
Death in a Prairie House: Frank Lloyd Wright and the Taliesin Murders - William R. Drennan
I'm really sad that no one took my suggestion of Neil Patrick Harris's autobiography seriously.
Actually, I was totally going to put it on as an option, but then I read it was a choose your own adventure book and I thought it would be really hard to discuss as a book club pick.
We just watched a documentary on Whitey Bolger. What craziness! Now I want to read the book. I've read Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks (fascinating) and Freakonomics - yall need to check out that podcast if you;re a nerdy sort (I love it).
I voted for Boy bc I Raold Dahl but it appears to be a loser. I wan to change my vote. Having actually worked woth HeLa cells, I would love to read Henrietta Lacks.

I think I've read every Dahl book but Boy... I think I should probably read it soon no matter what. I don't know why but it just didn't appeal to me as a kid. I literally read every other Dahl book the library had.
