  • Sunday - Shrimp nachos with avocado-shrimp salsa
    Monday- pan seared salmon with spinach and red fingerling potatoes
    Tuesday - grilled chicken, fettuccine alfredo and baked broccoli
    Wednesday - pizza with salad
    Thursday - Braised chicken thighs with olives and potatoes
    Friday - Fish tacos
    Saturday - ground turkey sloppy joes

  • Tonight: Last of the holiday leftovers.  Yay!

    Monday: Spaghetti squash with marinara sauce

    Tuesday : Bean soup made with ham bone stock

    Wednesday : macaroni and cheese that we are bringing to a party.  Will probably have veggie tray stuff too

    Thursday : apple juice chicken with broccoli

    Friday : Creamy ham and sweet potato soup

    Saturday : plantain curry lasagna

  • I only have 3 days planned.  Tonight, fresh caught fish with salad and parmesan potatoes.  Tomorrow beef brisket and Tuesday I'll do crock pot chicken with potato wedges, carrots, and italian dressing.   
  • Sunday- Chinese food
    Monday- I work my retail job so sandwiches
    Tuesday- bbq chicken and mashed potatoes
    Wednesday- appetizers for dinner
    Thursday- no clue- I'm shopping on Tuesday
    Friday- hospital day :(

  • Just wanted you all to know that I'm inspired by this thread. I'm making my New Years resolution to try meal planning. I need to take baby steps though, I'm welcome to any tips or websites that might help me get started.
