Let's all AW, Christmas presents!

Merry Christmas, ladies! I thought there might be a few of us who want to share some special presents we got this year. I am one of them, my sister in law has been knitting since we told her we were having a baby. She made us the most amazing present. A baby blanket, hat, socks, booties, little overalls and a sweater to match. Share yours!

    I got lots of stuff for the baby from my parents...a glider rocking chair, rug, dresser, crib mattress, clothes, toys, cubby shelves, etc.

    they also got us a heated blanket and a new charger for my iPad.

    SO got me some perfume I've been wanting, we kept it small this year

    I really wish I had gotten a prenatal massage though, my body is aching sooo bad especially after all I baked for everybody for Christmas!!!! Came home this afternoon and crashed out for a good 3 hours.....Merry Christmas!

    Probably an odd gift, but nonetheless thoughtful: DH got me the most expensive Sonic Care toothbrush possible. I have pregnancy gingivitis so terrible that I can't wear my Invisalign other than to bed. He also got me some comfy, pregnancy friendly shoes; a new bottle of his favorite perfume that I wear; and a super soft robe that I'm leaving in the package and saving for the hospital and post partum. Not too exciting, but practical!

    What a great idea! I love birthstone jewelry. I told my DH to avoid this as I'm due 4/7 and you never know if baby might decide to show in March

    Got quite a few pairs of VS sweats and new uggs. DH and I knew almost everything we were getting but he surprised me with a cute pregnancy pillow from bump best and I kid you not it changed my life within the first thirty mins of getting it! I have been sleeping terribly from back pain but I took a nap with it this morning and had no pain and slept peacefully! Merry Xmas everybody!

    I only have. 1 hour of Christmas left and still haven't opened most of the Christmas gifts (still under the tree)
    DH is snoring away, so I'll probably wait until tomorrow.  
    Are we crazy?

    DH got me a batman diaper bag which goes along perfectly with the gifts I bought him....matching batman pj's for him and baby :)

    We actually bought a Christmas gift for both of us earlier this month. However, DH had a wedding photo we bought two years ago framed. Yes, we're a little behind! :)

    My DH loves Christmas and gift giving so he tends to go overboard. During the rest of the year, he's a penny pincher. He also has no clue how to shop for gifts and uses my Pinterest as a guide. My 2 big gifts were a navy blue Tory Burch baby bag and a black Gucci purse. I had a feeling about the baby bag but he got me with the purse. I love it and plan on carrying it everyday until this little one arrives and then putting it in its protective bag for the foreseeable future.

    Duffgurl I got the same perfume! It is my all time favorite

    DH and I only got a few needed things for each other and then both got new cell phones. We wanted the kids to have a big fun first Christmas in the new house.

    My husband got me a maternity sweater - I've only had a couple shirts that I could wear lately! And a gift card to buy more clothes or whatever I need. Plus the promise that we'll go shopping for a baby dresser or something soon. In laws bought a big camo purse that's actually pretty cute - I'll be using it as our 'little hunter's' diaper bag. Parents bought us a crib among other things, so lots of baby stuff this year, and I'm totally okay with that. My mind is so preoccupied by pregnancy it's sort of all I think about!

    DH got me a great big canvas photo of DS that I love so much. My big gift is coming next week....a new Tahoe!

    DH got me a prenatal massage gc, a 10 card class for my prenatal yoga classes, and two pairs of pretty earrings. Parents gave me lots of little things/ and a check. Same from MIL. Lots of fun baby gifts from family, including a special "daddy diaper bag" from my parent to my hubs, loaded with lots of useful little baby items. However, I also got the most disturbing children's book called "The Misdaventures of Sweetie Pie" about this poor mistreated hamster. It's awful!

    My DH loves Christmas and is always very generous. This year he gave me, pjs, a velour lounge outfit, a down Eddie Bauer coat, sweatshirt, a henley, and diamond hoop earrings (from the baby).

    @rsaj0807 In most cases, I'm not too keen on the price tag either. However, my husband has a business connection with a sales director at a Chevy dealership and he is going to give us the family discount. On top of that, my husband is trading in his BMW, so we're getting a pretty penny to go toward a down payment. We just finished paying off my car, so picking up a car payment again isn't ideal but it will be just about what the payment on my escape was. If I'm going to be carting my squad around, I'd like to do it comfortably..and our family is scattered so to have the extra room for road trips will be really nice.
