Anyone else feel like this?! TMI ALERT

Since I have started dilating, and my mucus plug falling out, I am beyond terrified of pushing to poop! It literally feels like my baby is going to fall out at any moment and even though I know she's not, I'm afraid of pushing to poop. 
Don't worry, I get over it so I'm not backing myself up. Lol.

I took many a satisfying dumps at 5cm dilated. I walked into each labor at 5-6cm. There is a reason that you wait until 10cm to start pushing.
Trust, baby is staying put. So enjoy your poop.
