Oh, and I laughed at something darling hubby said, last night (while lying on my back) and noticed that my belly button went from an inny to an outy while laughing. So weird to see the outie!
I was looking forward to H and I both sleeping in today since he's off work. Well he forgot to turn his alarms off so twice I was woken up by that, managed to fall back asleep, and now the heavy rain and the sound of my dog licking her paws has me awake. Of course H is passed out, totally unphased by the alarms and dog. Ergh.
Also is it bad I'm gonna have a hard time pretending I'm not still pissed at my MIL tonight? I should get some Christmas spirit in me or something.
I cannot wait for H to open his gifts from me tomorrow.
I'm working a half day then off till Jan 5! I'm so excited to have some time off. We're going to see my ILs though in a few days so I'm not really looking forward to that. They smoke like chimneys and will smoke inside even when we've asked them not to. But with my dds cough and me getting a sore throat I will throw a huge fit if they do it. I know it's cold outside but that's really not my problem.
I'm off to work at 5am, one of the busiest days for doggie resorts! DH got up at 4:30 to make sure I had bacon for breakfast. Love that man!

We haven't officially moved into the new house yet, but we are having a sleepover tonight, dd is so excited. I'm not really excited about sleeping on an air mattress, but it should be a fun memory. And as much as I want to do nothing today I have to go by the house and do some cleaning before we stay there tonight.

I loved their jingle bells/balls commercial last year with the guys in the boxers. Haha
I like last years joe boxer commercial much better! lol
I get to clean the house before visiting my H family for their Christmas dinner and gift exchange. Sounds like a nice evening, but they are very loud and annoying and there will be at least 30 people in a smaller space. So no where to retreat to for quiet time!!

He surprised me with earrings and a necklace I had pointed out made by a local artist, a scarf also locally made I picked out, and needlepoint coasters.
I bought him a scarf, pjs, a candle, and lotion and he loved it!

For me I've spent 2 1/2 hours sitting in Firestone with my car for *just* an oil change. Smdh. And of course they found a bunch of stuff that needs to be fixed (granted I know some of them are legit) and I'm like yeah I'll pass today.
A month ago I ordered a hat from another shop in charcoal gray with a tan name patch, what did I just get? Hunter green with a white name patch. Like my specific notes are right there, why don't these people double check the order is right before shipping it out? Custom stuff takes forrrrever to come in and I don't feel like waiting twice as long for the right order. First world problems.
So... I'm a tad sad to let go of my monthly happy place. But it's for an outstanding cause!

@jcar2 I've had baby kick me really hard in the bladder and had some pee come out, not a lot but definitely couldn't control it. I really hope that's all it was for you! Keep us updated!!
We took our pup for his little surgery at FIL's clinic yesterday. He did great and didn't have to have any teeth pulled which is awesome, we were originally told at least one or two. But the anesthesia messed him up so bad, he spent all night laying in my lap whining like a little piglet! It was so sad!
We spent the day with my parents, in laws, and my MIL's sister and her family. It was amazing! Everyone gets along so well and the food was so good! My MIL's sister is a doula so we spent the whole time talking birth day and good things for the rest of my pregnancy.
SO woke up early to go to my favorite Italian deli (we live 8 hours away now and only get it now when we come home for the holidays) and stood in line in the cold at 7am this morning for 2 hours to stock me up on my favorite raviolis. I really love this man.

As for the kmart commercial, I guess I don't understand why it's pregnant ladies. What about just regular women? I think i would like it better.

@janda426 this keeps happening with stuff I order, nothing custom but we keep getting stuff that's damaged and we have to send back. Not even just baby stuff. Anything we order.
