Measuring 4 weeks ahead at 34 weeks- What does this mean??

I had my 34 week appt. this morning. I am measuring 4 weeks ahead and they've scheduled me for a growth ultrasound in two weeks. If it turns out that he really is four weeks ahead, does this mean he would come early? Or does this mean that he will arrive around the due date, just be huge? I am freaking out now!!

This happened to me, too. Per growth u/s the baby is actually normal size and I don't have high fluid. Just something about the way the baby is positioned. So really, it doesn't mean anything, yet. You'll know more after the u/s.
