Intro: new here, but officially fit the description **loss mentioned

I suppose I'd like to introduce myself and share my current experience. I'm 25 and DH is 29. We've officially been ttc for 1 year with 2 miscarriages (first in June at 6 weeks and second in November at 7 weeks) and af just showed up so no miracle this month. We've been doing everything by the book, the only thing I can't control is the stress level at work (I'm a med-surg nurse). The first loss was disappointing but we hadn't told anyone, but the doctor in the er said there was no reason to not be successful the next time.. Well the next time we were excited and told close friends and family just for it to be taken away, and that was devastating! According to the doctors all tests came back normal but I still wonder if there's something wrong with me/us? I just want to talk to people who know where I'm coming from so I don't feel so alone.

    Welcome. I am very sorry for your losses. If your doctor is amendable, ask about RPL testing now. Talk to him/her about going to an RE. I would certainly push for an HSG to check your ute and tubes. Again, I am so sorry, I know how frustrating all of this is. These ladies are great and full of knowledge. ((Hugs))

    I am so very sorry for your losses.  Like PPs, I would suggest that you see about getting a referral (if required by insurance) to an RE for additional testing for you and a SA for your husband.

    Me: 31 (PCOS) possible right tube issues DH: 36 (SA normal) 
    Started dating in 2006, Married 2012 
    TTC since November 2013 
    First RE visit due to irregular periods: June 2014
    Lap/Hysto to remove polyps, cyst and tube blockage 11/6
    Cycle 1 (Dec. 2014) TI with Clomid, Trigger, & Progesterone CX due to no response
    Impatiently Waiting CD1 to try again with Fermara Back on the bench due to giant cyst,
    who know I'd ovulate on my own after a cancelled cycle and end up with a mega cyst :(

    Hugs and welcome. Im so sorry you find yourself here and even more sorry for your losses. I echo others in that it may do you good to start checking into an RE. They can run a battery of tests to hopefully identify why this is happening (something structural, hormonal, etc.). For many of us, having answers and a plan puts a light at the end of the tunnel.

    June 2014 - Dx w/ significant PCOS and referred to RE.

    July/August 2014 - Testing complete: Testosterone & AMH very high, FSH slightly high, Vitamin D low, tubes and lining all lovely. DH SA: A+

    Cycle 1 (Nov 2014): 2.5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI = BFN

    Cycle 2 (Dec 2014): 5 mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    Cycle 3 (Jan 2015): 5mg Letrozole/Ovidrel/TI - BFN

    WTF consult scheduled for 1/29

    Thank you for the warm welcome and support..DH and I have discussed getting some tests done, and the doctor in the ER was super supportive but recommended testing at 3 losses. So at this point we're going to try on out own for a few more months ad if not successful then we'll be making an appointment with the fertility clinic. Thank you again for the support and warm welcome! ;)

    Husband: 26 SA: normal
    Me: 23 Low AMH and damaged ovaries due to chemotherapy.
    No AF or O in 3 years. HSG showed a slight T shaped uterus.

    High Risk OB 9/29- got the ok to get pregnant.
    RE Appt:  10/28/ U/S showed follicles, but also small damaged ovaries.
    B/W results CD0: all normal except low AMH at 1.3
    Cycle 1-November (TI)- Femera 2.5mg, 2mg Estradoil, and Trigger=BFN
    Cycle 2-December (TI)- Femera 2.5 mg ,4mg Estradoil, and Trigger= No O
    Cycle 3-January (TI)- Femera 5 mg, 2mg Estra    doil, and Trigger=

    I'm so sorry for your losses. What a tough TTC journey! Although it sounds so messed up, I have also heard that two losses "count" against an infertility diagnosis - how messed up is that, sometimes I wonder if any women are part of the decision making in these things? But I love PP's idea to get all the testing you can from an OB if that could be covered.

    Yup, the clock resets so to speak.. In my case though it'll be whichever comes first at this point: another mc or a year of not conceiving.
