sharp pains anyone?

I get occasional sharp pains and always worry. Yesterday they were not in my abdomen but even lower. I have no bleeding our painful urination. Anyone else have these symptoms?

I had horrible sharp pains about a week ago. They lasted all day followed by a week of heartburn. Check for acid reflux. It causes all kinds of horrible stuff.
