I am just typing on the computer. More just for me and the nugget maybe some day. Actually get really annoyed when DH reads it over my shoulder. Crazy maybe but it's not like he would go into my other journals or want me in his private thoughts
Yes, I am. I bought a small notebook and write in it on certain days. Not everyday though. I want to remember how I felt and what I was going through. I always think writing things and feelings down help a lot! Also, its a great place to complain!
I bought a "from pea to pumpkin" journal at Barnes and Noble. I love it. It is divided by weeks, and each week there are different things to fill out - sort of like complete this sentence activities. A lot of it is about how I feel or look at this moment, but also about what I want the baby to know, what is going on in the world at a given time etc. it also has spaces for US pictures and all kinds of keepsakes, as well as the fruit/size/weight meter for each week. Each week has two pages, and I use the second page to note little messages for the baby- for example, i went to a concert last week, and pasted the ticket, as well as a description of the concert, noting that it was baby's first concert.

I'm using one of my own. I like actually holding something and going through the pages, seeing my handwriting express different emotions. I've drawn pictures and taped things into it. I just started this one a few weeks ago and write in it when I have new experiences. I'm not forcing myself to be routine with it, because I don't want it to be "one more thing I have to do". I've only got a couple pages in it now, but hey, we've still got 7 more months to go!
I'm doing an online journal at penzu.com. It's not specifically for pregnancy, but it's easy to use and you can do things like upload images or add links, which I really enjoy.
I am -- I bought a journal just for this purpose, but it's not a pregnancy journal. It's got nice pictures and lined pages, and I figure I can stick things into it for keepsakes, etc. I don't share it with DH but he can read it if he wants. I also have a separate binder for medical info. I write some nights, but honestly I've been exhausted so it's sporadic!
I copied one of those weekly update posts that women who blog their pregnancies always use and have just been keeping an ongoing document with an update each week. I've pasted in pics of ultrasounds and will add belly pics when I start to show. When the babies make their appearance I will print off a copy for each for the baby books.
With all 3 of my kids I've gone and bought one of the small, blank journals in the clearance/value area of Barnes and Noble. I write in it usually within a few days of finding out I'm pregnant, and then occasionally throughout the pregnancy (no set time span, but usually once every 2-3 weeks). DH writes as well, usually after I've had an appointment, or he felt the baby move, or something like that. After delivery, I usually write within a few weeks of birth (especially because we are "Team Green" and so the entire pregnancy part of the journal is addressed to their nickname, and the first entry after birth addresses them by name). I talk about their birth, how our family is adapting, etc. And then after that I write in the books every 1/2 birthday and birthday. I talk about things that have happened to our family (new jobs, moving, etc.) and new things that have happened to them (like starting school, losing first tooth, etc.). Then I talk about how they are at that point, like the things they say that are funny or the things they are interested in. DH writes sporatically. But he's not much of a writer in general, and I am.
DD is 10 now and absolutely LOVED reading her journal when she turned 10. (The first time we showed it to her.) I absolutely love the keepsake and feeling like I can write whatever. I'm not big on journals with prompts, etc.

My mom wrote letters to me during her pregnancy and gave them to me on my 16th birthday. It meant the world to me, so that's what I'm doing. It's mostly occasional thoughts and observations, like how H shows he's excited about becoming a dad, and the weird food cravings or aversions I have, or how I'm worried about juggling being a mom and my demanding career. I'll probably do the traditional baby book once we get to July, too.

I have this one too, except I got mine for free last year, some program for a college savings plan was doing an online promotion and when you signed up to get some info about the savings plan (it was just a little brochure that came with the journal) you got the journal for free. I actually got three of them.
I bought the belly book on Amazon. I think the dates are a little wonky but easily fixable. I like it
I bought the belly book too and I really like it except it only goes to 38 weeks... So it's like you have to adjust for it to make and sense. I like it so far and it had lots of room for photos.
I have a regular journal I write in occasionally too bc I feel like the Belly Book needs to be presentable and not full of all my craziness, anxiety, and fears. I need to start writing down my dreams too, they have been in-freaking-sane.
I also have from pea to pumpkin and love it, super simple and doesn't take a ton of time but still hits points that I know I am happy to be writing about.
I just do my own little "weekly survey". It has the same questions every week...I've done it with the other kids, too, and made a scrapbook out of #2's surveys (week 4-38).
I have the pea to pumpkin one too. I love it! It asks cute littke questions each week and every week I look forward to sitting down and writing in it. I thought about starting an email account for the baby and writing emails throughout the pregnancy and childhood and giving the baby the password on their 18th bday. But with how wordy I am the poor thing would be reading for months!!

I have the Belly Book. I used it with DD so I like using the same one and being able to compare. The wonky date thing is odd but I just adjust so "belly week 9" is "10 weeks pregnant" and so forth. (I write the "corrected" figure under the pre-printed one on each page.) That makes the most sense with the prompts and how the trimesters are divided so that's how I do it. This way the last page "belly week 39" is "40 weeks pregnant."

I have it and it goes to week 39!
Yea, I had it in my head wrong! I just looked again and yes, 39 weeks.
I've been keeping an online journal that I update once a week.I'm not sure of the purpose...I don't know who it's for...but I was thinking that once I tell my mom I'm KU I'll give her the url. She lives far away and I'm an only child so I feel like it's a way for her to be connected.
