Constipation anyone?

Ok, this might be TMI. But is anyone else dealing with major constipation. I mean really bad!! I think I may even have hemorrhoids now 
What have some of you been doing?? I have been trying to eat more fiber and drink lots of water, as well as eating prunes everyday but I'm still having such a difficult time!
