FTM here and just threw up blood and had some spotting. On my way to the hospital in a few mins here. Please fingers crossed.
I'll update soon as I can.

Sending you thoughts and prayers.

Not trying to make this about me, but just in case it's reassuring: I threw up blood earlier in pregnancy and the doc checked it out and said, basically, that I had had a bloody nose and a post-nasal drip, so there happened to be blood in my esophagus from that. So, it's not necessarily anything crazy.

It's still very scary though and I hope you get good news.
