Teachers gifts for support staff?

im a high school teacher. I have two different special Ed teachers in my room throughout the day. They are there to support the kids with IEPs and all though we bounce ideas off each other, the grading and planning are all my responsibity. Would you get them a gift? If anything, I was thinking a $10 starbucks card.

What about your custodian?

    I tip the women who clean my classroom.  But they also don't get paid that much and I know it makes a huge difference to them.

    I don't have any support teachers who come in, but if you do feel like you want to, then a $10 gift card would be nice.

    Ugh.  Thanks for reminding me of yet another gc I should be buying.  Seriously, I guess this is why they sell gcs in sets of 5 at Sams right?

    Ok, so I'm getting the support teachers each a $10 starbucks card. I asked some other teachers in my building if they wanted to go in on a gc for the custodian. So anyone who wants to contribute will bring some cash tomorrow and I will just get the gift card after work.

    I wish I had thought of that! Between Dd's dance teacher, dance helpers, daycare teachers, support staff at work we are spending an extra $200! Crazy!
