I'm thinking some kind of soup. I might have some downstairs I could heat up, or I might order some wonton soup for delivery... nothing really sounds good right now though.
I'm making steaks, double stuffed potato, asparagus, cauliflower and ceaser salad. Trying to convince my fiancé to grill but it's pretty cold out here today.
The only thing that sounds good to me is cereal, but that didn't stop me from slamming down a giant Cuban sandwich earlier today. Food trucks will be the death of me... But so so good!
We are making faux-jitas. DH started calling it this a long time ago. Basically chicken, pepper and onions cooked in a skillet. Then we put it on a tortilla with rice and cheese. It kind of sounds good. I've been queasy all day, so nothing sounds great.
I think I am making English muffin pizzas. Something easy, DH is working tonight and my girls are napping now so I should be prepping dinner but I am watching the Hawks.

I love this post! I just had some delicious trader joes tom yam soup and for din my husband is making stir fry. The stir fry sounds ok but I'm really just eating it to get some vegis in.
We went to a Mexican restraunt for my bil and dh's cousin graduating college and I had a delicious fajita bowl. It has cheese, refried beans, fajita meat, rice, sour cream and I ate it in a tortilla. It was yummy

It's a girl!!! (:
Madison arrived on May 19th at 6:35 am (:
Lunch was Wendys (granted, I got a chili, Caesar side salad and mooched some of DH's fries -- so it wasn't all that bad).
I feel like all I've eaten is carry out since the second line showed up on the stick. I guess I can (sorta) justify it now, while I'm still medically cleared to work out...I may only have another month!

Begrudgingly cooking chicken and steak fajitas and retried beans. It sounds awful but I planned to cook it all day so may as well not let the rest of my family eat cereal for dinner too.
Soup! It's one of DH's favorites: cauliflower, sweet potatoes, chicken broth (delicious and organic from Costco), spicy sausage, garlic, onion, ginger, and curry powder.

Sundays are usually a casual "clean out the fridge/pantry" night for us. So far I've had blackberries, yogurt and hummus with nut thins. Hubby is eating blackberries and some kind of microwaved rice pilaf that smells like ass and mushrooms.
@christym87 I make regular fajitas, usually chicken, green peppers, onions, tomato. I cook the chicken in a little olive oil with some seasonings, when it's cooked I take it out and put it in a bowl. Then I cook the green peppers and onion in Olive oil. When that's done I put the chicken back in with the peppers and onions and I use the fajita seasoning packet. When it almost done I add the tomato. I let it cook for a little bit. Then I take the soft shells and I spread some refried beans then I put in the meat and veggie mix. I usually sprinkle cheese and then wrap them up and put in a glass dish, I spray it with non stick first, until the dish is full. Then I pour/spread the white cheese sauce, I get it in the Mexican isle at the store. Then I bake it at 350* for like 20ish minutes.
It's time consuming but it tastes so good!
Sometimes when I feel up to it I'll make Mexican/Spanish rice and put that in the burrito too. It's so good!!
That sounds good. I love fajitas but husband doesn't like fajita veggies. So his fajitas are literally just meat, cheese, and sour cream

Scratch that. Going to get a baconator and fries. Will try a redo of home cooked dinner tomorrow night
