@nlinscott11 Wishing you the best, hoping things work themselves out. If your little one turns out to be a preemie, just remind yourself how strong they all are! They really are little fighters, and with today's medical technology, things are much better than they were years ago. Surround yourself with supportive people and doctors, ask questions, and do your research. From my experience, the NICU staff is TOP NOTCH - the best of the best! These people know what they are doing and your little guy will be their #1 priority. Please keep us posted, keep positive!
I'm so sorry you are going through thiNevd I know how terrifying it all is. One of my twins had very low fluid, and there was a growth discrepancy between her and her brother. My MFM was mentally preparing me for an earlier than usual delivery. I ended up having them at 27 weeks due to PPROM. They were so tiny, but such strong fighters. Never underestimate the strength of a preemie! Today they are perfectly healthy, smart, and even big for their age.
I'll be thinking of you and your babe. I hope baby is able to stay in there and grow as long as possible!
T&p's for you and your little family! I used to be an NICU nurse so feel free to ask any any and all questions

Prayers for you, I'm dealing with a similar situation although not as drastic. Babies grow at all different rates hopefully yours will be having a growth spurt any day now
Thank you all so so much for the thoughts and prayers. I am truly overwhelmed by the sense of support I am getting from you all. I will be in touch with those who have offered some advice, and have been in similar situations. I appreciate all of you ladies so much!!
@BBnut Yeah my google research last night ended when I read about an increased likelihood for stillbirth. Then I was like " NOPE!" and stopped. Whatever research you could lend about Doppler studies would be amazing though. I was having kind of a hard time finding them last night. What issues did they find at 28 weeks for you? If you don't mind me asking. And I'm glad that they were able to get you up to 34 weeks!! That gives me more hope.
Hope follow up scans show all is well! At the very least I'm glad they found out & can watch him closely now. ::hugs:: sorry you're dealing with such a scary & stressful situation!
I'm so sorry! Thoughts and prayers for you and your little boy.
