    I am behind but I would suggest maybe a mid-size candle or some bubble bath or something along those lines. I am a crappy gift giver though so there is that to consider.

    I always figured after four months, starting solids depended on the baby, not the doctor. I wanted until mine started creepy staring at the food going from the plate to my mouth and then gave solids a try.

    We started solids @ 4 1/2 Months here. We didn't even bother with the rice cereal, we went straight to purees (I mixed a to be no of oatmeal cereal in with purees to thicken as needed though).

    DS was also on meds for reflux. But we were able to wean him off of those by like 9 months.

    I tried cereal with DD2 at 5 months, she did not want it at all. She didn't even really care about food until like 9 months. Now she wants to eat everything. I find it precious when she tries to snatch food from anyone. DD1 was such a small baby, she is still tiny. DD2 is total opposite. I love her rolls

    Reading about your broadcast you are listening to reminded me of this book I recently read. 

    It is called Small Sacrifices it had me up for two straight nights trying to finish it. Its based off a real case and although its such a sad book I do recommend it if your interested in true crime cases.

    I'm listening to serial right now. I just got into it and am only on episode 3. I don't like to listen to it when the kids are wih me, so it's slow going.
    I hope to listen to it all this weekend though.

    DH and DS went to pick up pizza for dinner. Dishes in the sink are done and the house is semi cleaned up (for now at least). Christmas cards are addressed and ready to mail. Most of our shopping is done.

    I'm spent...and I'm getting the nasty itchy throat feeling. I better not be catching the snot fest cold that DS has right now!! Ah! Every single GD cold he gets lately, I get too. Gimme a break here!

    My parents keep misspelling my married name. We went on a trip together for which they bought the airline tickets, and they misspelled my name on the tickets.

    Ugh. Its always disappointing when we try a new pizza place and drive way out of the way to pick it up, just to be ripped off on the (lack of) toppings and find out it was overpriced.
