I have very light ones on my hips, and nothing on my stomach that I can see. I have heard of people "getting them" (aka, them showing up) after baby is born.

I'm pretty sure mine appeared after I had DS... Mine weren't red or super noticable though. They just looked like thin little lines mainly on the side of my hips. After I lost all my pregnancy weight they went away unless I stretched my skin they reappeared.
No women in my family ever had them and I have none
My lactation consultant told my breastfeeding class a few years ago that they are genetic. I've always wondered if that was true, so it's interesting that none of you get them, and thats pretty awesome!
