So I was lying flat on my back for about 15 min and I felt like I was about to blackout or faint I started to feel uncomfortable, sweaty, and nauseated but it went away after I changed positions .. Has anyone experienced this?? :-??
This is why it's suggested you NOT lay on your back, especially later in pregnancy. It restricts blood flow within your body. I'm sure you're fine, but now you know your body doesn't like that.
It's your body's way of telling you to move, as the baby gets bigger it puts pressure and restricts the blood flow and from my understanding can harm the baby as well. Most doctors will tell you not to lay on your back because of this. If you are still worried, call your doctor.
Edited to add: according to web md it restricts oxygen and nutrients getting to the baby. So if I was you I wouldn't purposely do it anymore.
Your uterus is so heavy now that it squishes your aorta when you lie on your back...which is why you aren't supposed to after 20 weeks. It cuts off blood flow to not only you, but also your baby. You definitely should not be lying on your back anymore...

Dear diary, It's weird waking up at three am because some completely individual other human being has decided to have a dance party on your bladder. The realization that this person is autonomous and not on my schedule is making me feel like Keanu Reeves. Whoa.

Yeah three am is one of my wake up calls too. These kids must be on two different schedules because I hear that they sleep 14-16 hours a day and from what I'm feeling it's no where near 14-16 hours of calm in there.
Depends on where you're at, according to one of my apps they're sleeping in 20-30 min intervals at 28 weeks? So I get kicked all day and am waking up to pee 4-5 times a night, sometimes more frequently when the cat decides to walk on me and hits the baby which always seems to push her into my bladder -.-
