Thank you guys for all of your good thoughts and vibes. After almost 10 hours in the ER, I just got home.
Some updates from today: they diagnosed me with severe dehydration and gave me four bags of IV fluids in addition to two rounds of Zofran. When I checked in, my blood pressure was 70/34, so that made the nurses panic and in turn caused me to have a small panic attack. However, after the fluids and some rest, my BP was consistently around 88/65, so that was a good sign. The ER doc is pretty sure that this is a combination of m/s and a stomach bug. I have a follow up appointment already scheduled with my OB (thank goodness) this Thursday just to keep an eye on things. If it's a stomach bug, it should be gone by then, but if it's not, then at least I can talk to my OB.
But the single thing that made it all worth it was getting to see our teeny one during the u/s. All looks terrific and we even saw him/her move in 3D which was phenomenal.
I have been instructed to be on bed rest for the rest of this week, so I'm looking forward to just focusing on getting myself better. My mom is coming down tomorrow to offer a little bit of assistance, so I'm looking forward to that.
Well, if you made it this far, you deserve a cupcake. I'm off to try and hopefully get some much needed rest.
Thank you all again for your concern. Here's to hoping that the worst is behind me!

Sorry I'm just seeing this, but I hope you got a good night's rest and you're feeling better today. I'm glad you went in and I'm glad they took good care of you.
Seriously, you ladies rock. Thanks for all of your concern and good juju. I am feeling at least somewhat like a have a pulse today and could finally get out of bed! (Major improvement here.) I had a f/u appointment with my OB and I still seem to be dehydrated (although it's not nearly as severe). My urine/blood work results showed low platelets, potassium, iron and calcium levels most likely due to the fact that the only thing i can stand to stomach are shitty saltines day in and day out. Now I'm instructed to take zofran, diclegis and drink Ensure. I am so hoping that this cocktail does the trick because my birthday is in 4 days and, damn it, I want to enjoy a piece of cake
