Christmas bonus/gift for DC provider?

For those of you that have kids that go to DC (a center or in home) or have a nanny...

Are you doing any kind of bonus or gift for them?

Since our sitter and her husband haven't had a date night since her son was born we're getting them a gift card to a nice restaurant and offering to babysit (they live down the street). I'm hoping this is something that they'd like. She charges us so little and is so awesome with the kids I just wanted to do something nice for them.

    We always do giftcards for our teachers - either to a restaurant we know they like (DS1's center has them list their "favorites") or to Target.  

          DS1: Quinn - 10.22.10 and DS2: Cole - 01.18.13

    We go to a center.  A Panera just opened near the center so I'll probably get some gift cards from there.  Super creative I know...but I figure they'll appreciate it.

    We go to a center. I own my own skincare business so I am making them "Merry Kiss-mas" treats with lip balm, lip serum and lip microdermabrasion paste and some hershey kisses. I am also including a GC to Dunks because they bring it every morning.
