I delivered 2w after I received a positive (tested @ 27w, ruptured at 28w, delivered at just over 29w). All my FFNs had been negative prior to that one.
But, like PPs have said, a negative test is a better indicator that you won't go into labor versus a positive test indicating that you WILL.
You can't do anything to prevent what's going to happen, so try not to stress out about it (easier said than done, I know).
