While I was at my doctor's for my last appt she had me feel my uterus but I couldn't tell what she was talking about. This morning, I was able to feel a hard mound a little above my pubic bone and to my right side while I laid on my back. I got really excited but by the time I had my husband feel it was much softer and not nearly as distinguishable.
Could this be due to the position of baby? I am 13 weeks and I know it is too early to feel movement but I'm not sure what else would cause such a change.

I had dh feel it yesterday and it freaked him out. Ha.
This does prove that my "bump" is just bloating because it is nowhere near my ute right now.
Basically, you want to stick your hand down your underwear, and press against the mons pubis, which should be puffing out a little bit. (As you get further along - it may still be early for you 11 weekers)
