Feedback on Boy name - Elijah Fox

My DH has picked out the name Elijah Fox.

I am on board with Elijah and fox is a guilty pleasure name for me.

Our last name is a color so MANY names do NOT go well with it.

I was very, very close to my grandmother, Judith (Judy), who passed away a few years ago. I really LOVE Jude.

What are your thoughts on Elijah Fox?

What about 2 middle names?

I have to say that two 1 syllable names together like Elijah Fox Jude doesn't have the ring to it.

    I wouldn't use the two middle names it just doesn't flow well. I prefer Elijah Jude.

    Fox is a gp name for DH especially...I like Jude Fox. Just sounds...like a sexy actor or something! I am not find of the name Elijah (though could never say so because it's my nephews name). I live Eli however.

    Fox as a MN makes me roll my eyes. It is just sooo TTH.

    Elijah Jude is very nice. If he likes fox 'just because' while your suggestion honors family, I would keep on that until the birth.

    I loved it up until you said your LN was a color. I don't think it's tiring to hard or w/e, Danger, yes, Fox, not to me. I do prefer that Jude has sentimental value.

    I don't think it is bad as a middle name, but with your color last name it could be weird (Red Fox, Silver Fox, etc.).

    I always prefer a MN to have family meaning though over one that just sounds good/cool, so Jude would be my pick.

    Fox is a GP name for me as well. I like Elijah Fox and don't think that a color LN would be a problem with a noun MN. I like Elijah Jude as well and the meaning that it holds for you. It's a win-win situation, IMO.

    I like both options a lot! Elijah Fox flows a little better imo, but I like that Jude has sentimental value. Jude Fox or Judah Fox work as well. I would stick with one mn.
