Pre-pregnancy I would get sick all the time but being pregnant has just made it worse! I know pregnancy lowers your immune system but c'mon, I feel like my body is inventing new types of the flu now! It's seriously never ending. This was definitely more of a rant than symptoms. On the plus side, no heartburn though!
This. I hope you feel better.
Thanks! Seems like the most recent is starting to go away so that's awesome. (:
I'm doing good. Occasional round ligament pain that about drops me to my knees but other than that can't complain. I had horrible hair loss after my last pregnancy- finally almost a year after I had my daughter my doctor discovered my thyroid was out of whack. Had other symptoms but between the hormone fluctuation of delivery/breast feeding and my thyroid not functioning I was sporting some wicked hair loss.
The congestion! I look forward to night when I put on the breath right strips and want to cry when I take them off in the mornings. I guess I can relate do how DH feels on a regular basis because of his allergy to my precious cat.
And the THIRST! OMG it's horrible. I always have been a huge water drinker, before pregnancy usually 80-100 fl oz. Now, it's well over 100 fl oz per day and if I don't have water with me at all times, it can get so bad I want to stab someone. And drinking it isn't thirst quenching at all, it seems to just make me thirstier.

Last week my pelvic bone made a slight cracking pop noise, thought nothing of it, but ever since, it has felt a little sore, so that has been annoying.
I get charley horse like cramps in the arches of my feet, i got them pre-pregnancy too, but now more often.. real annoying!
I havent seen it mentioned yet, but discharge.. So much. I've started wearing pads. I had an appointment with my midwife and thought I'd mention it, it's normal like google said, but damn.
I couldn't decide if I was peeing myself at first. Which I also did, in front of my SO. TWICE.
Oh my god the discharge! I was worried last week that I was leaking fluid because it's gotten so watery (luckily it wasn't). I've worn pantyliners since the beginning because I'm on progesterone vaginally, but I've gone from 1-2 pantyliners a day to 3-4!
Hadn't ever snissed before, but I've got a bad head/chest cold and definitely peed for the first time while coughing last night. Lovely.
The last time wasn't even a sniss. My SO made me get up and move around to see if it would help ease RLP so I standing up, kinda bouncing around and being a bit slap happy with him and bam. I piddled. The mans a champ though, he didn't bat a lash or get temporarily grossed out, nothing.
Patiently awaiting the end of discharge right there with you!
@ctwifey2012 - magnesium supplements in addition to prenatal may help with muscle cramping issues
This. I had both tons of early Braxton Hicks and leg cramps with my first two pregnancies. Started magnesium supplements before I got pregnant and have continued them during this pregnancy. I have yet to have a leg cramp and have had maybe 3 tiny Braxton Hicks.

I think the baby is pressing on my bowels more than my bladder because I can no longer control my farts. I feel like I'm 80 years old. I get the walking farts and I literally cannot control them or stop them. It would be funny if it wasn't so damn embarrassing. Also, right boob is constantly leaking. Just the right. All my shirts are getting a one sided stain.
Me-24~~ DH-25~~Married 6/15/2013~~Pregnant with our first due April 2, 2015~ Septate/ Bicornuate/Arcuate /some kind of not-normal uterus- won't know for sure which one till after babe is born~~Hoping for a full term baby!
Are you guys doing anything about your chin hair? I feel like the bearded lady. I pull the really long ones with tweezers but my chin is so furry! It's blonde so not as noticeable but it's driving me nuts. I don't want to wax or shave or anything. How do deal with feeling like chewbaka for another 4 months?
I was having cramps and strong RLP earlier, so I chugged some water. I feel better now, but I've peed about 8 times in the last hour. It's like every 10 mins I have to go again. So annoying. And ditto to the extra sleepiness. It doesn't matter how much I sleep, I'm still tired. I feel like I'm still in 1st tri.
We have a septic tank and I am seriously afraid I'm going to fill it up this pregnancy. These are the things I worry about haha. Like I need to ration my bathroom usage and toilet paper consumption.
Suffering from constipation, heartburn, morning sickness, and the fact that the skin that was once in my belly button is now super sensitive skin on my belly and it freaks me the hell out.
Nearly 20 weeks and yesterday my morning sickness CAME FREAKING BACK!!
My back is killing me because I haven't seen my chiroprator in nearly two weeks. My insurance quit paying for visits and I can only afford to go every other week now. I'm mad.
And this isn't a pregnancy symptom, but I have a cold.

This is me. It is the worst when it happens at work. I try and make loud noises or talk louder hoping no one notices the loud series of farts coming from my area.
I have a friend that swears a drink of pickle juice helps the leg cramps. She buys little bottles of it and keeps it by her bed but I haven't tried it yet.

I've heard that pickle juice helps cramps, I never wanted to try it though because it just sounds gross to me. I'll eat as many pickles as possible but I can't bring myself to even think about drinking the juice.
I've so far managed to avoid the cold I get yearly even though most of my co-workers have it. I definitely have the lower back pain though. It hasn't started shooting down my leg yet thank god! Last time the chiro told me I just had really tight muscles, so I guess I need to start getting prenatal massages again!
I'm glad that you posted this because I've been wanting to ask about something but was pretty sure I'd get side eyed and given shit if I made a special post just for it.
My symptom: back pain. I know back pain is to be expected but damn.. first of all I didn't expect it to be so bad so early and I didn't expect it to be so low. My back hurts where my spine meets my pelvis. Literally right where my buttcrack starts is where the pain is. I can hardly get in and out of bed without it acting up. Getting in and out of my car, walking up and down the stairs, bending over to pick something up, even sneezing causes shooting pains. I can't just "roll" over in bed either, I have to slowly try to twist myself over and it is so painful. Yesterday it went even a step further while I was at work and the pain went down my right leg just a little when I would walk. I sent my doctor a message asking if she thinks I should come in or just wait another 2 weeks for my regular check up but I haven't heard anything back yet.
My SO thinks I'm being a baby and is sick of hearing me complain about it but I can't help it. It's one of those pains where you have to grunt or say oww or make a face because it is just painful.
From you ladies experiences with back pain, does it sound like the normal back pain that is to be expected or could there possibly be something else going on? I've read about PGP and sciatica but don't know enough to say it's that and not just regular back pain.
Your pain sounds very much like mine! Mine comes from my hips and pelvis rotating out of place. Mine do this all the time but it's most noticeable when I'm pregnant! I see my chiropractor once a week (this week I had to see him twice!) and that really helps me tolerate it! If you're okay with chiropractic care, I'd definitely give it a try.
I have bad back/pelvic/hip pain that sent me to the chiropractor twice this week (as mentioned above). My nipples hurt like a mother trucker and are so dry and flaky, no matter how much coconut oil I use! And the random breakouts can go away anytime now....I've never had acne and lately it's been terrible! Oh yeah, and I am either fighting allergies or have a cold. Either way, my nose is now raw and I feel crummy. End rant.
I have suddenly developed major constipation, I'm still so freaking tired all the time, and my nipples HURT so so much. I'm also having RLP which is pretty nice. However, my hair looks great!!!! I know, though, it's just a tease as it will likely fall out in handfuls like last time and I will look like I have a receding hairline for several months.
