This is a check-in for those who are doing IVF/IVM or FET with an ER/ET scheduled for November. If you are interested in joining, please fill us in on your cycle below. Please include what cycle number this is for you, where you are in the process, when you expect to start stims, and when you're planning on retrieval and transfer. Also, please update us along the way!

Big hugs to all the BFN/cancelled ((hug)) IF just plain sucks. Even when there is happy news I feel like we are waiting for something bad to happen. *************Warning BFP Mentioned******************** AFM: HPT Tuesday night with DH could not have been more positive! Beta yesterday 14dp5dt:: 996!!! Since Cleveland Clinic seems to do everything a little different than the rest (although amazing rates so I tend to just do what they tell me), my 2nd beta is next Wednesday! I am optimistic, but also know that it's sooo early that anything could happen. QOTD: Can't quite decide between Modern Family and New Girl! We are quite TV nuts.. Mostly comedy or reality tv.

I am so happy for all these BFPs!! Congrats!!!

And for everyone who is going through s**t, I am sending a big internet hug! Hoping things start looking up for everyone who got bad news.

AFM: Yesterday I woke up and noticed that hiding under the covers does not make the world go away, so I decided to move on.. I have one appointment in January and trying to set another one.. I asked for all my medical information and now I have to wait.. Meanwhile I will buy my christmas tree and start decorating, I need to keep my head busy

QOTD: These are my favorites: The good wife, madam secretary, modern family but I watch so many tv shows that you couldn't imagine lol

@Mariana81 I'm glad you are feeling like moving forward. I've had a RE give up on me and it's tough to deal with, but I can tell you I am so happy that he gave up because it pushed me to get second opinions and I love my current RE so much. I hope you find the perfect fit with one of your second opinions.

Not much going on here. I had my mini phone consult with my RE and we have a plan for moving forward. I am going in Monday for my repeat fluid u/s and tuesday for an endometrial biopsy. I am also waiting for a call back to schedule my calendar review for my January FET. My RE said we will be agressive with my lining, so I will start the vaginal viagra and terbutaline much earlier to make sure my lining makes it where it needs to be. I also put my deposit down yesterday for my January FET, making it official.

QOTD: Chicago Fire and Chicago PD. I watch those every week religously. I've fallen behind on many of my other favorites.

I have been in a state of denial about the whole 2WW thing. I have been pretty busy planning for our vacation and getting things cleared up at work before I leave for most of the month! So between that and my workouts, I only tend to think about the wait while I'm getting my PIO. And in trying to prepare for the worst, I think I am at peace with the outcome, even if it's a BFN. Though is it weird if I feel sad already? And I haven't even tested yet. DH says that I have to stop being such a Debby Downer about the whole situation, and just hope for the best. I do, but I don't want to be completely crushed if what I want most doesn't happen. I'm hoping for the best, but also preparing for the worst. Only time and the beta will tell.

QOTD: I would say Doctor Who, but that had it's season finale a while back. Now I'm waiting for Downton Abbey to come back on.

I have had three cry fests just knowing it didn't work.. I think our emotions are out of control and it's completely normal to feel sad. Hang in there! Try to be optimistic!!

UPDATE: LOSSES MENTIONED

One final check in for tiny turkeys here. I was delayed due to a seriously stubborn beta from my m/c in sept. I have lost about 15lbs during my wait and I have kind of gotten addicted to the weight loss, so instead of stimming in early jan. as planned, I have decided to wait until early february. Am I crazy?? That means with PGS I won't have a transfer until early march. I might just go nuts waiting. But I want my body to be as healthy as I can possibly get it before my head takes over and tells me to get stimming!

I have had a lot of WTF appointments with my RE. We did the recurrent loss panel, all normal. And karyotyping for dh and I, all normal. I have insisted on another HSG to check things out and make sure that after 3 m/c that there isn't something different in there. There isn't much we can do other than that.

No updates from me, just waiting for my ultrasound on 12/8.

Its been a crazy week in Beta limbo, but yesterday we finally saw Beta numbers we were hoping for! It went from 140 to 347 so feeling a lot better! Going to do one more Beta tomorrow for piece of mind and then ultrasound on 12/15. I'm gonna hang here a bit longer though as I am still terrified.

****BFP and possible CP warning****

Beta was today. Its 35. I'm 10dp5dt. I started getting faint lines day 7. They have progressively gotten darker especially as of this morning. I was maybe expecting a low number because I feel implantation may have happened later than normal, but not this low. I can't help but prepare for a CP.

The worst part of all of this is that they consistently told me second beta would be two days after the first, meaning Saturday.....but when they called today they said it won't be until Monday because the lab is closed on the weekend. I wanted to punch something. I literally don't know how I'm going to get through this weekend.

ETA: I have calmed down a little. I'm sorry I'm so negative. I am grateful that there is a possible chance things could work out. I know it's all about the numbers doubling. It's just hard to drudge up positivity right now.

We haven't told hardly anyone what we are doing, so we have been locked away in our house for a month. Its starting to take its toll....clearly.

Good evening, I'm freaking out about all these symptoms that come & go daily. One minute I think it worked & the next I feel it didn't. I poas 7dp5dt & it was a bfn

( I still have hope that it was just too soon plus it was a $1 store cheapie. I will probably test again tomorrow night or Saturday morning. If that is - I'll go out & get frer to test. I'm so impressed with the long list of bfp & praying that I will be joining that list on Monday fx.

QOTD: I can spend all day watching the ID channel.

@shadiddynyc I just wanted to drop in an say that I am legit addicted to ID. So many shows about murder. I always joke around with DH and tell him that I'm learning how not to get caught when I end up snapping. Also, I hope its just too early for you.

I also want to say that I'm still around creepily lurking and hoping for nothing but the best for all of you. Hugs to everyone who needs them!

I got the call my beta came back 122 @ 10dp5dt! I am thrilled with the number because with my first go around in IVF mine was a 29 for DD. I feel confident about this beta where the first time I did this I was stressed to the max!!

Sha259 I am like you, I try to be prepared for the best and for for the worst.. it is a safe way of thinking but I also agree with your DH, we should have hope and be more positive. FX for you!!

CRMhoney I don't think you are crazy, in fact I think it is a smart move. You should cycle when you think you are ready.. our emotions can have a strong influence in the outcome.. so if February looks better for you, go for it.. I am overwhelmed with all we went through, so January I wouldn't cycle even if I could.. I guess I need some time to recover.. Best of luck to you!!

@AngM123‌ hang in there girl! I was ridiculously worried after my first beta of 58, but scoured online and saw charts and a ton of people with betas that started in the 30s-60s that went on to have healthy pregnancies. It's not so much the number rather than the doubling time that counts. The weekend is going to suck, but try to keep yourself busy, and just keep telling yourself you're pregnant and plan on staying that way. I'm sending a ton of positive thoughts your way!

I understand what you are going through is painful and I don't want to diminish your pain. I remember how much it hurt to realize that my RE had given up on me, it really made me feel like I was a lost cause. I really hope you find an RE who will come up with a perfect plan for you. Hello Ladies!!

AFM - I had a great conversation with my DH to decide our next plan. I feel so blessed that he does not want to give up! I am waiting for AF to arrive, and then we will see if we have the money to do another FET in January or February!!

QOTD - I love Grey's Anatomy, Criminal Minds, Modern Family, and Madame Secretary. I am a TVaholic, so I love so many!! I also love to watch ID tv!! I told my husband I am doing research in case I need to get rid of him!! Dying to watch Game of Thrones, but I need to finish reading the books first.

Well I officially got a BFN, as confirmed by my beta today. I will talk to my doctor this coming week, but we will likely do a FET with our frozen embryo in January.

I just wanted to say that AF cramps post IVF SUCK!!

I don't normally have them very much, but I was out shopping and had to come home to take some pain killers

Now I'm just waiting for them to die down so I can head over to the pharmacy across the street and hope they sell the gift cards I was supposed to buy before coming home!

Thank you @SweetieShellieH. At least now that I've been through a cycle with all of you ladies, I feel reassured about cycling again in January, and seeing how many of us will have each other to lean on and support each other. I'm so glad you started that thread about who is cycling then already - it makes me feel less alone. This board has helped me so much with this cycle (I was never a bump member prior to this, my first IVF). I hate that we all are in this spot, but I feel lucky to have such great ladies to go through it with me, and to hopefully help a little myself.

Thank you ladies for your support. I'm too lazy to write all your names out, but I really do appreciate it. It's good to hear some stories of success. I've decided I shouldn't be so pissed about the lab being closed. At least this way I should have a more definitive number one way or the other from waiting two extra days. I'm hoping, praying, and crossing everything for good news Monday.

Question: Would you keep testing? I really want to POAS. My thought process is that if the line is as dark as the last one I took before my beta, there's still hope. If it's become lighter, I'm out. Thoughts anyone???

Well it looks like I'm out. Took an HPT to prepare for tomorrow's beta. It was very negative. Not even a hint of a line. So I'm expecting a BFN tomorrow. This group has been awesome though and I am beyond happy for those who have gotten their BFP. I'm praying that we all eventually get what we are so desperately hoping for.

happy but very optimistic. My first US will be on 12/16 which is actually my birthday.

Looks like I'm out too. I took a hpt yesterday & got a bfn as well as my period today. I thought the Endometum was supposed to keep menses from coming. Does anyone know how soon I can start fet?
