  We adopted a dog from the shelter and named him Pecan. He's a beautiful dog and is obsessed with my hubby haha He's very intelligent to only be 6 months old.

  My dog threw up on our new carpet this morning, on an empty stomach. Fortunately for me, it was at my husband's feet. Sorry dear! WTF dog. (FTR, after that, we fed him [the dog] in small increments and he was fine).

  My dog had diarrhea in his kennel in the middle of the night. Woke up to the worst smell imaginable. My boyfriend is out of town so lucky me had to give my dog a bath and clean it myself all while puking from the horrendous smell.

  I'm 2.5 hours away from the end of my night shift and I'm entranced by an infomercial about Cindy Crawford's miracle face cream.... I need to eat something.
  
  In other news, this is my first time trying out B12 and it has been magical. Looking forward to getting home and taking my Unisom and crashing for an indeterminate amount of time.

  My daughter flushed her fisher price doctor's needle down the toilet last night so the plumber is at my house draining my bank account right now riiiiight before Christmas. AWESOME!
  
  And also... someone at work just told me I'm showing already. WAHHHHH!! No I'm not. It's just that I switched over to maternity pants and that stretchy panel doesn't really do much to hold my bloat in. THANKS THOUGH... now I feel like a whale!

  Reasons I'm happy I haven't told people yet.  (or had to tell people, I know some people have to due to symptoms, etc.)

  I had to tell my boss and now I'm letting the news slowly trickle out... I'm actually due 6/27 now so I'm getting close to that 12 week mark. My first thought was I'm glad these people know I'm pregnant now and don't think I'm just getting fat I guess!

  I had motivation yesterday at work but sadly it's gone. I'm going on a stay-cation starting next Wednesday and I'm all kinds of checked out. I'll just hang out with you ladies and pretend like I'm working.

  I'm the office manager for a small family run business... And the only female... Twice...TWICE this week I've almost dunked my behind due to the seat being up...they have two other bathrooms to use yet they insist on using the only one I will set foot in...

  And yes... I make sure to look twice now to be sure the seat is down.

  I'm also heading to the doctor in 30 min for a checkup and ultrasound. I lost our last baby right at 8 weeks, but we didn't find out till close to 12 weeks. I'm terrified for this appointment.

  Dh came home from work yesterday and started cleaning. I was looking at him with crazy eyes and he started laughing and said I know you haven't been feeling good and plus I'm in one of those cleaning moods. Can he be in those moods all the time lol?! And on another note my first appointment is tomorrow and I'm freaking out, I just want to hear that the baby is okay.

  Last night, I asked DD what she wanted for Christmas (for the 800th time), and she told me a couple of the same old things, then added, "I really just want a pretty picture of me, you, and daddy to hang up." How many 5 year olds ask for that? LOL

  Then putting her to bed a couple nights ago, she told me, "I love you more than my blanky. I just love you so much, I don't know where I would be without you, mommy."

  My husband is a tornado. Everyday he comes home and just throws whatever he has anywhere and I am getting fed up with cleaning the same mess. Today I ventured into the basement to find that there are now paths to get around down there. I have cleaned the basement twice by myself and he keeps bringing shit home and leaving it everywhere- Sends my anxiety through the roof. I have asked him to clean up his mess several times and it just doesn't get done unless I do it.
  
  My mom's basement is characterized by paths and her house by clutter. Growing up with that I have always been well organized and a clean freak. My husband's spent much of his childhood under his grams roof. She has a lot of stuff with no place to put it and no desire to get rid of it. Her apartment has 1 path from front to back. We have a large house to grow into and a designated place for everything but my husband just throws his shit everywhere. I could flip my shit on him today.
