Should I even bother charting this cycle?

I've been out of the country for the past few weeks, and due to erratic waking times and different time zones, I decided not to chart for the first part of my cycle. ?

I took my temp this morning, but was wondering if I should even bother charting this cycle. ?I had EWCM this morning, and should ovulate within the next week or so. ?Will there be enough pre-O temps to see much happen on my chart?

Might as well. You can at least have other charts to compare it to. On the other hand this looks like the perfect opportunity to take a break from charting! GL

I would, if it's not too stressful or anything. I don't temp anymore in the 1st week of my cycle.

They're may not be enough to notice the temperature shift but personally I would still keep tracking so that I stay in my routine and have the other O signs to go off of.

if you end up having about 5 - 7 days before O, you'll be able to idenitify a thermal shift. It couldn't hurt.

Thanks for the advice. ?I was thinking about not charting because I wasn't sure if there would be enough data there to even see the temp shift. ?But since it's not stressful to me to chart, I'll just do it to keep the habit.
