I have changed my mind like 30 times when thinking about P's big gift for Christmas, so I'm looking for some inspiration. I'm willing to bet that I'm not the only one lol So for those of you that have it figured out, what is your LO's big gift this year? Bonus points for links and/or PIP
Re: LO's "big gift"?
I did convince mh to make him a toy chest. It will have his name engraved on top and I am hoping to do deer antlers on the corners. So that will be his big present now.
LFAF Summer 2016 Awards:
I think we'll probably get her art supplies and such.
ETA: Also maybe a sled
We also have a kidscraft table and chairs in the kitchen. DD and DS also love theirs. They eat their snacks at it every day.
We got DD an anywhere chair for her birthday and she also loves it.
@KikiCohen we bought DS the fisher price tool bench set for Christmas when he was one and it does not have any small parts. DD also likes to play with it.
DD's big gift is a step 2 play kitchen.
ORRRR one of those chalkboard easels. He also loves coloring on everything. Chalk is the cleanest thing he can color the house with.
No links...I'm too lazy too look them up
@blairwitch That's hilarious, but you have my sorries lol. I have no idea where we'd put a 5 ft anything.
@dontgiveupnomatterwhat P has a little drum that he LOVES. It says the alphabet and plays different sounds when you hit it. It's one of his favorite toys for sure!
Awwww! We also have a little one that sings songs. It's probably a waste to get a child's drum set right now!
His grandparents are getting him a wagon and I heard his aunt and uncle are getting him one of those cars they drive. Ridiculous.
If I had my way, we would get something small and awesome like that...however, I think we are going for the bigger set deal.
I had DS and DD's names put on them. I really like how they look personalized. I figure they will use them for a number of years so I was okay with not being able to sell them.
That being said, when a new toy needs to be bought, we just get it. No matter the time of year.
His response to my utter disbelief " at least they sent us 2 by mistake "
No...no the does not make it better. You spent way too much on a future dust collector and we have to find somewhere to out 2 5ft bears.

*Edit: *squeals* They're all on sale! Everywhere! They're on Zulily too!
DH and I were just discussing hiding a few of the toys he already has for the next three weeks, and then wrapping them up and putting them under the tree. I think he would be just as excited
DS born at 34 weeks with (surprise!) gastroschisis turned short bowel syndrome.
131 days in the NICU, 7 trips to the OR, G-button, daily TPN....
We gave Nikita a big roll of bubble wrap one year
