I am starting to feel better. I am so much better than I was. I feel like I am part of the land of the living. Still exhausted.
I POAS today, but no good news yet. Hoping it was due to being dehydrated.

*PAIF/SAIF Welcome*
I love this time of the year. It's stressful with all the family events but love seeing everyone and decorating the house.
Today is 9dp6dt. Had beta this AM, came back positive but only at 58. I knew it would be low bc my FRERs were such a faint positive Wed and Thurs, I want to be excited and told myself as long as it was above 50 I'd be happy but I am still so scared something will go wrong. Follow-up beta on Monday which will hopefully make me feel better but I'm starting to think ill be nervous until I hear a heart beat. Someone on this board said it best when they said IF makes you jaded and nervous to be happy. I feel such a strong need to stay guarded and protect myself bc if something goes wrong then I'll be prepared. But for now I'm cautiously optimistic and continuing to pray for a good outcome and rising betas!
@kaly75 I was worried as well at 8 and 9dp5dt because I only had a faint line on FRER, but my first beta was 162 at 10dp5dt! So stay positive!
@blueeyes233 FX for you!!! Those first few days are so scary!
@stace2524 it is so terrifying isn't it?!? I'm still scared.
AFM: anxiously awaiting our first u/s on Monday!!!
QOTD: I love this time of year!
I'm on mobile so I'm going to keep it short. Got the results of my first beta and at 12dp5dt it is 1671.... So I'm very pregnant!! We only transferred one embryo, so I'm a little confused by how high it is. Not complaining it just seems way higher than normal and the nurse who told me did ask how many I transferred and implied it could be more than one. Go back for beta #2 Sunday!!
I'm sorry, @jeezidunno. I hope things turn around.
I'm sorry you didn't get to do your transfer @SweetieShellieH. I hope you're reunited with your embabies soon.
@fjamil1 I'm sorry about the OHSS! Take care of yourself! FX for rising betas!!
@Discouraged31 It sounds like maybe mild OHSS? I felt pretty good within 2-3 days after my ER. I'd say rest as much as you can and push fluids and protein. If you feel worse, consider seeing, or at least calling, your doctor.
@cwoodward777 I'm glad you're starting to feel better! I hope that line comes back!
@wcasar Best of luck on Monday.
Congrats @stace2524! I hope your numbers keep going up! That's the most important part!
Congrats @carrieharry79!!
((hugs)) @RG1979 I'm so, so sorry.
@blueeyes233 I hope your betas go up. I'm sorry you're having to worry right now.
I started spotting last night, it was pink/bright red. But this morning it turned brown and has stopped. I tested using a cheapie and it has gotten a lot darker than yesterday's. I am still hopeful that it will workout. I have beta Monday. I am resting today not doing much.
@rg1979 I'm sorry, hope you feel better.
@jeezidunno I'm sorry. A lot of the times the RE doesn't even know why a cycle fails. Hopefully you can try again soon.
@fjamil1 sounds good. Fx that things will keep progressing.
@Sunshinelady15 good stuff. H&h 9 mths.

As far as how many made it to testing, unfortunately I think a lot drop off along the way. I had 17 retrieved and 4 made it to blast, just for comparison. At least you'll know the ones you have left are the absolute best quality, especially if you're testing them.
