I survived Thanksgiving. No one asked us when we were going to have a kid which made me totally paranoid that everyone knew and was walking on eggshells around us. There is officially no pleasing me. I just bought some stuff on Birchbox which is having a Black Friday sale (and also has a search feature for ingredient conscious picks and I'm reading It Starts With the Egg, so this was perfect for me!!)
    Me: 34 | He: 40
    TTC since 08/2012

@ronniesgirl1981‌ - I worked with Dr P during our last FET and we really liked him. He's very down to earth and I really liked the staff there. If we didn't need DE and DS, I would definitely make the trip out there to cycle with them again. Enjoy your Birchbox!

@sorrellam30‌ - Fx for your next beta! Thinking of you-

I worked Thanksgiving... knowing my shifts there are very limited makes it bearable.

Friday we went away for a night with friends and had fun.

I kind of took an infertility free weekend, as much as I could.  Thanksgiving was good, we celebrate with both of our families which means I ate way too much.  We went shopping Thursday evening and Friday morning.  We purposely waited to let some of the crazy shopper get out of the stores before we went shopping and we still got most of what we were looking for.  I got 1/3-1/2 of my shopping done, which is nice.  What I have left is mostly DH's family, which is hard to shop for since we see most of them once or twice a year.  I think I dropped $100 at every store we went to and for every Christmas present I bought, I bought 2 things for myself.  I think you can say that retail therapy ws a success.

I ended up getting my period on Friday so I started BCPs yesterday. This morning I got my repeat saline sono scheduled for next week and I am having a quick consult with my RE in 20 minutes to talk about my upcoming FET.  I want to make sure we are doing everything possible to give this transfer the best chance at success, since we decided this is it for OE IVF.  If this transfer doesn't work, we will either be moving on to DE or giving donor embryos another shot.

Update: I had my consult with my RE and I love her.  She was totally on board with looking into endomitritis/infection as a cause of my lining issues.  So I am having an endometrial biopsy next week (not looking forward to that, but I want to leave no stone unturned).  She also wants to be agressive with my lining protocol and wants me to start the viagra supps and terbutaline from the beginning, which I am in total agreement with.  If this is our last OE cycle, I want to throw everything at it.  No regrets.  She also said she was really happy with the two embryos we have frozen.  They are both grade 2 expanded blasts.  She said they rarely give out grade 1s (which is interesting since I had a grade 1 early blast from IVF 2 and a grade 1 expanded blast from IVF 3) and that most of their pregnancies come from grade 2s or grade 3 blasts.  One of the blasts was my grade 2 7 cell embryo on day 3 and the other was a grade 3 4 cell embryo on day 3.
