Least favorite "side effect" of pregnancy

I know everyone is happy to be pregnant and can't wait to meet their babies. That being said, there are some uncool, nasty, side effects that come along with being pregnant. I'm not happy about the super dry skin and the damn dandruff I have all of a sudden. What's your least favorite side effect? (Side effect may not be the right term but it's the best that I got)

It's barely starting but the hip pain. It really puts a cramp in my sleep. It was horrible at the end with DD so I'm terrified about how it will be this time with twins!

I have to say this is my first time around, and so far the "morning sickness" (24-hour, non-stop sickness) has been so horrible that I feel like I have not been myself for months. I'll have to wait and see what other fun stuff happens later on...

Another vote for breaking out!!
Last pregnancy during third trimester I had terrible back pain and charlie horses that would wake me up in the middle of the night. Hopefully I won't have those this time

Fatigue, nausea and weight gain have been my big issues. I am so tired that I dont have the energy to work out after work so I am gaining weight easily.

Also with the body hair. I shaved my arms before pregnancy, but it was maybe once or twice a week. Now it's daily. If I could just always wear long sleeves it would be fine, but I have to layer because of ridiculous hot flashes.

Days upon days of constipation, bloating, and cramping. Tiny poos that result in celebration because at least something came out and offered a little relief. And then an entire day of rocket shits. I have a real dread for having my belly rubbed today at the family Thanksgiving and having to explain that it's not a baby bump, but a blump of poo.

In the first tri, it was definitely throwing up all the time! Currently, I'm dealing with constipation. It came on last night about the time we arrived at my in laws who live out of town and we will be staying with them until Friday night. Ugh. At least if I have to be super uncomfortable I wish it was at my own house.

The whole peeing-every-damn-hour thing is really annoying. It's especially inconvenient when at the theater seeing a 2hr movie and sitting in the middle of the row, and have to get up and down and squeeze by everybody. Ugh.

All of it! I used to love pregnancy, my previous pregnancies were easy peasy, this one is no joke! Every symptom has happened in the last 9 weeks, even sciatica pain that isn't supposed to happen for months.
